5.10.7 Disrnantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm. depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/|.

5.8.9 Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash rncluding cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.

11.37 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete.

DSR 13.80 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

DSR 13.46.1 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

5.8.18 Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved make & shade over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing, smooth with pumic stone or fine sand paper, aplying putty wherever required, scaffolding , washing of flores and taxes etc. all complete as per building specification direction of E/I.

5.3.25 Providing G.I. pipe hand rails with 40mm G.I. pipe of I.T.C. or equivalent make properly fitted and fixed in position to rail posts with all necessary accessories and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.3.8 Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

21.1.2 For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) 21.1.2.3 Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)

DSR 21.3.1 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium window, ventilator shutters etc. with EPDM / Neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

5.5.12 Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flats as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, hoisting carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.4.34 Supplying, fitting & fixing 30mm thick solid core type decorative single leaf flush door shutters in doors with both side decorative venier with black board core bended with high quality in all formaldehyde synthetic resin of standered with aluminium fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, handle, cleats aldrop, door stopper & sand blocks & taxes all complete as per detail drawing building specification & direction of the E/I.

5.6.28 Providing and laying VITRIFIED FLOOR TILES in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. (Approved brand - Kajaria/ Asian/ Somany)

DSR 11.50 Deduct for not grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment in the items of fixing of vitrified tiles.

5.6.19 Providing and laying 15 mm - 23mm thick Kotah stone slab riser steps of approved size, texture and colour over 19 mm thick base of lime morter (1:1:1 ) lime putty:surkhi:coarse sand over and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete job as per specifications and direction of E/I. (iv) 600 x 600 mm size

5.8.45 Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and made over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

DSr/26.86.7 Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/clerestory windows & desertory other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made
