M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornice, pillaster, etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salt and treating oil and greasy spots and applying three coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing surfaces by using mechanical scrapers and filling holes with putty etc and applying three coats of white wash on old decorated surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 above but one coat on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for complete removal of existing old treatment on surface from walls using mechanical scrapper only and filling holes of nails with putty etcand applying a coat of uniform ( average 1.0 mm thickness) of cement base wall care putty of approved make (Birla/JK) to the entire surface of walls surfaces finished even and smooth and then applying a coat of alkali resistant primer over putty surface and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall surface to give an even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulision (O.B.D) white or tinted (As approved) on walls surfaces including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulision (O.B.D) white or tinted (As approved) on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any discription not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 07.00 above but two coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparatiopn of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 09.00 above but two coat complete all as specified and directed.
