Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundation of poles/stay/cable etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified and directed.

Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class 'B' laid across the cable complete all ad specified.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, and one under coat and one finished coat of aluminium paint incl dismantling of old unsv, complete all as specified and directed.

Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No. 1 and including loop type insulator white brown or green with over all dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm, complete all as specified and directed.

1.50 sqmm three core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable to cut pieces all as required drawn into conduit/pipe fixed to wall or pole, complete all as specified and directed.

SMC junction box of size 170x170x105mm, outdoor type one piece moulded SMC door hinged fixed base with hinged right or left side and fixed to the foundation pole with suitable fixing arrangement bus bar with single electrolytic aluminium for both phase and neutral supported on FRP insulator and cut out complete fixed on the pole with suitable inlet and outlet , provision for cable connection, MCB SP 6 Amps rating 'B' curve for controling the pole light including necessary connection, complete as specified and directed .

50mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed on wall or along pole complete for protection of electric cable/strip or crossing of nallaj/bridge/road etc., complete all as specified and directed.

40mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches or pavement or fixed on wall or along pole complete for protection of GI strip or crossing of nallaj/bridge/road etc., complete all as specified and directed.

1100 volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 10 sqmm nominal cross section 2.0 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed. Note- Earth work and protection work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ.

Bus bar chamber of size 60x60x45cm suitable for 3 phase 433 volts, outdoor type made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with 200 Amps rated aluminium bus bar(4 Nos) PVC sleeves and coloured (red, yellow, blue and black) with locking arrangements and angle iron stand of size 40x40x6mm frame grouted in ground with PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate alongwith all necessary cable connections, lugs and cable gland including 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground less than 3.0m deep below normal ground level as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25mtr below ground level using GI strip 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of welding, GI thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover with handle of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt and kalmi shore all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaining surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 2009 or directed by Engineer-in-charge and incl testing on completion. NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI strip of size 32x6mm with protection pipe of 40mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by (-) 10%. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.
