S/R such as Fixing of Concertina razor coil and providing cement concrete paver block inside SP Vigilance Division Office at Jeypore for the year 2025-26 under Non Plan

Earth work in excavation of foundation in Hard soil including hard moorum, stoney earth, earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts for guard wall including dressing & levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5cm(9”) thick layers including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of the materials & labour with T&P required for the work etc.,complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing granular sub-base grading-II material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 80mm thick Factory made Cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 & approved make veriety colour & size made by bock making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with the sand etc all complete including cost of all materials, all labour with T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Transportation of excavated earth including loading, unloading, and carriage by mechanical /means within a lead of 5 km and initial lift up to 1.5 metres, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 750mm dia razor wire concertina coil with 6mt (equivalent to 50 spirals) length coils clipped with two nos of straight line razor and fixing U shape ms Angle of size 50x50x6mm providing in the distance of 2.5mt centre to centre and seven row of Razor barbed tape and grouted on the wall and welded withspike grill for rigid fixing after dismantling the rquired brick work and fixing the coil with C.C. (1:2:4) in position and painting to M.S. angles with cost of all materials and labour etc required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork with Fly ash bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in supestructure (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm) having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg.per.sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of woks with all necessary projections watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work and royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

12mm (1/2'') thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T& P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surface with Weather Coat two coats with any approved shade over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess and royalties of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling and removing brick stone masonary below 3.00 mtr height in lime cement and stacking the useful materials for reuse removing the debris with in 50M lead from work site including cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Dismantaling GCI and AC Sheet Roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including staking the useful materials for reuse removing the debris with in 50M lead from work site including cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of barbed wire fencing including cost, conveyance & royality of all materials, all labour wiith T&P, labour cess etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. A) barbed wire
