Surface Preparation: RCC Surfaces must be clean, even and sound concrete. Remove all oil, dirt, laitance and other Contaminants by manually and surface shall be fairly smooth finish, all damaged plaster will be repaired with PMM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO- 01 to 19;- (i) The rate shall also include disposal of waste/ rubble /spoil etc from site of work to outside of MD Land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. The lead and lift as required including provision of standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 20 M. shall deemed to have been included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be admitted at a laterdate in this respect. (ii)The treatment will be executed by the authorised applicator only after take nacessary approval from GE.

Bore Packing: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC /MS Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Providing necessary formwork for packing the bore using suitable arrangement (depending upon site conditions). Applying a coat of Acrylic emulsion based coating using Nitobond AR to enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces. Packing the gap using non shrink cement polymer based grout using Conbextra GP2 upto the surface of the bore whilst the Nitobobd AR is in tacky state complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Coving: Providing and Appling at the junction of slab and vertical off sets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with Nitobond SBR at dosage of 1Ltr per 50kg cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Injection Grout: Providing Chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture Cebex 100 @ 225 gms per bag of cement, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug, nonshrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and applying two coat of polymer modified cementitious waterproof coating using Brushbond RFX containing a liquid polymer component and a cementitious powder component, which shall be mixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and applied over prepared concrete surface strictly maintaining the coverage specified by the manufacturer. When the applied top coat is in tacky condition then Zone II/Zone III grade sand should be sprinkled evenly over the surface for providing the mechanical locking surface for the plaster as per the fosroc methodology complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Protection Layer: Providing and applying 12mm cement mortar (1:4)mixed with Conplast WL at the dosage of 125ml/bag of cement over waterproofing layer. Civil material shall be supplied free of cost from contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Over protective layer of plastering application of Nitocote EP405 protective lining to tanks, Supplied in two pack, solvent free, epoxy resin material. It is supplied in pre-measured quantities ready for site mixing and use. The material cures to provide a smooth, hygienic and tough finish which is suitable for contact with potable water and foodstuffs. It is available in blue and white colours. epoxy coating specifically designed for contact with potable water. The cured film shall comply with the requirements of IS: 9833 - 1981.specifically designed to provide a tough, Solvent free & Non–toxic, Impermeable, chemical resistance, corrosion resistant film and abrasion resistant lining shall be applied over prepare substrate at a thickness of 200 micron (100micro /coat) dry film in two coats for internal sides of tank, confirming to the following properties complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and injecting Polyurethane based grout through NRV nozzles on the critical joints and leakage areas complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, Framed guard bars, gratings, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Rolled Mild Steel Plates (plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe 410 - W (grade E - 250) quality "A" complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of new untreated Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for writing letters of figures (Block Roman, Italic, or Indian) of 12cm height with stencil/ i.e. " CLEANED ON JUL 22" with using white colour synthetic enamel paint including back ground paint etc after complete Obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq. m, with paintcto match existing work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on the surfaces of brick or concrete finishing fair and even without using extra cement With water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (water proofing compound will be measured and paid saperatly)

Preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls any width or girth etc and applying two coats of exterior weather coat paint (apex Ultima) over a coat of exterior wall care putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finishing fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of new ceiling surface and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old untreated Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc 250 Ltr and up to 500 Ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-Tank will be disconnect and refix carefully any damange to the tank will be bourn by the contractor

Supply and fixing of New tank of capacity 500 ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with necessary fittings incl float valve ,tank nipple and all connecting items including dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 250 Ltr and upto 500 Ltr Capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc of tank exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing under tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in base for chequered tile complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rubber moulded coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment set, jointed and pointed incl 15 mm thick CM 1:4 screed bed in neat cement slurry in complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall and floor complete all as per directed including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connection in new or old position in walls, ceiling, floors etc and making good all disturbed surfaces of walls, floor, roof, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing only 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connection including making good disturbed surfraces of wall, floor roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall and floor complete all as per directed including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connection in new or old position in walls, ceiling, floors etc and making good all disturbed surfaces of walls, floor, roof, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing only 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connection including making good disturbed surfraces of wall, floor roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, anysize or type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MS WORK in ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Mild steel round bar of FE 410 W grade E qty A of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia orsecuring with clips for securing mesh complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 5 Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, exc 5mm upto 10 mm dia screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 2 (using 40 & 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in wall of drains, walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of new rendered surface and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular ) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15 mm thck bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 20 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preperation on new steel sirface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
