Taking out old rusted unserviceable LT panel Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement outdoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The outer enclosure shall be made of 3.15 mm thick SS 316 sheet and inner compartment should be 2 mm. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side. Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz. IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20mm dia and 300mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm). INCOMING :- (i) Incomer of the panel having MCCB 4 pole , 400 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA with microprocessor release - 01 Nos along with sprader terminals , Digital Multifunction Meter (Accuracy class 0.5) with LCD display for measuring of current, voltage, power, power-factor, energy parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Maximum Demand Indication etc and shall have RS-485 port for communication on Modbus protocol – 01 No, CTs ratio 400/5 A, Class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three, Indicating lamp- 01 set of three & Aluminium bus bar of rating 600 Amp, 4 pole , mounted on SMC insulator- set of four. (ii) Digital type Volt meter 0-500 volt - 01 Set (iii) Digital type Amp meter with CT's - 01 No (iv) Indicating Lamps : 01 set

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with GI strip of size 32x6 mm thick earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly into ground vertically not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below the ground level, including GI protection pipe 40 mm bore light grade connected from electrode up to test point including necessary earth work, PCC/RCC chamber cover 50mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm TMT bars 15 cm c/c both ways, funnel arrangement etc as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I Note : Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, RCC cover slab and PCC chamber etc.GI strip upto 7.5 mtr lenght will be included in quoted rate.

Taking out carefully LT cable of size 120 sqmm to 70 Sqmm 3.5 core from trench complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked as per IS 7098-1 laid in trenches ducts or fixing or passing through GI pipe across the road/path/drains/ along wall / floor / equipment etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation earth work sand cushioning brick protection, pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manual means for laying cable through HDPE pipe of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e. NHAI / IGL or other Units , if needed, for above said work. (ii) Depth of Trench Less shall not less than 2 mtr from ground level unless other wise specifed due to site requirement and contractor has to maintain the depth of trenchless up to 4 mts from ground level if required as per site conditions all rates quoted shall be demeed to be included to maintain the Trench less depts as directed during exection to avoid damages to the existing services (iii) The cost quoted is deemed to be inculded for repiars / rectification for damages done to the existing elecrtical / comminication and water supply system / Sewage System during execution of work.

M&L for laying HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure under road, pavement, hard standing for laying cable through it complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation laying of pipe etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manhole etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in hard rock for laying of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Class LV tiles type-1 flat size 250x150x40mm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dry Sand Cushioning to under ground electric cable one layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75Kg/sqm (230 x 115 x 75mm) laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Erection & Fixing of Steel Tubular swan neck pole (09 metres long) SP-31 and Painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing. The complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black bituminus paint complete with cast iron base plate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Excavation earth work, PCC may be paid separatly of respective items.)

M&L for cable 1.5 Sqmm 2 core flat 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of SMC Junction box ON street light pole having side hinged, outside dimention 333x233x120mm and inside dimention 300x200x105mm including 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 40 Amps rating and 1 No 5 A MCB SP connecting of street light cable including holding Clamp complete all as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pole in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
