Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Dismantle Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M & L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite of any type (table rubbed & polished) in jambs, pillars, window cills, plate forms,floors,steps, crumple joints in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2), using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 15mm thick screed bad or backing layer in CM 1:4 (incl moulding of edges) complete all as directed..

M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat for fixing wall tiles in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 600 X 300 x 7-8 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed.

M&L 3.2mm thick lead glass radiation resistence for x ray radiation fixing with all fitings and fixture complete all aspecified

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light/dark shade 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors(surface, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed.

-ditto- as per Srl item No 10 above but in vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick cement palster in cm 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed.
