SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF 05 NOS TRANSFORMER AGAINST BER UNDER GE MCTE MHOW

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out for laying of cable/ pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in includiing spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil comlete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned /consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type-2, flat, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm, ISI marked, laid flat across the cable length for cable protection embossed with HT 11 KV electric on the top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) conforming to latest relevant IS with multy stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 mm cable laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floor passing through pipe etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole/wall/laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (i) 100 mm bore

(ii) 80mm bore

Supply, installation,commsssioning, & testing copper wound distribution Transformer step down, outdoor type, plinth mounted maximum total losses inaccoradance to energy efficient level three as per IS 1180 amended no IV (Part-I) of 11/0.433 KV capacity 100 KVA, AC 3 phase, 50 Hz oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on primery side (11 KV HV side) Dyn -11 with neutral brought out on secondary side with tapping at + 2.5% + 5% off load tap changer gear in steps of 2.5 % including initial oil fill to appropriate level & all standard fitting all as per IS 1180 amended no IV Pt-1 March 2021 complete all as specified and directed.

The unit rate for each transformer includes the cost of following accessories /fittings: (a) Rating and terminal marking plates, non-detachable. (b) Earthing terminals with lugs -02 No's (c) Lifting lugs for main tank and toop cover (d) Thermometer pocket with cap. Along with dial type thermometer -01 No (e) Externally hand operated OFF circuit tap, changing devices with locking arrangement. (f) Oil conservator tank with fitting hole, drain plug prismatic oil level gauge. (g) Silica gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel. (h) Top filter valve with plug Note-: (i) Transformer shall be inspected by inspecting officer nominated by accepting officer for testing and inspection at factory before dispatch. (ii) Precommissning shall be done by SEI. (iii) All cost deemed to be included in quoted rated for arrangment of test.No extra cost will be paid for any type of testing as directed by Engr-in Charge.
