Supply, install, test and commissioning of Diesel engine driven Generating set of capacity 62.5KVA self regulated 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 pf (lag) with suitable Diesel Engine and Alternator all mounted in acoustic enclosure confirming to the detailed specifications as appended below :- A. Diesel Engine :- The diesel engine shall be of suitable capacity, BHP of engine not less than 83 at 1500 RPM at NTP turbo charged, four stroke, multi-cylinder, compressed ignition, radiator water cooled, continous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours running confirming to BS 5514/ ISO 3046 and consisting of following: a) Electrical Starter Motor 12 V DC b) Maintenance free fully charged 12 V, 65 AH battery c) Battery Charging Alternator d) Fuel System with mechanical governor e) Spin-on lube oil filter f) Spin-on duel fuel filter with water separator g) Turbocharger h) Residential type silencer

Alternator : The Alternator shall be of brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR, Copper wound, 62.5 KVA, 415 Volts, 0.8 pf(lag), 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system having ±1.0% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions with IP:23 protection and insulation class 'H' suitable for operation at 1500 RPM, continous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours running and confirming to BS 5000/IS 4722.C. Mounting Arrangement: Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with Anti Vibration Mounting Pads D. F. Acoustic Enclosure : The entire generator, prime mover, fuel tank and control panel should be housed in a sound proof acoustic enclosure of size 2900x 1100 x 1581mm made of 1.6/2.0mm thick CRCA sheets with UV resistant powder coating and a structural/sheet metal base frame. The walls of the enclosure should be insulated with fire retardent foam so as to comply with the 75 dBA at 1 mtr sound levels specified by MOEF/CPCB. The enclosure should be provided with the following :-(i) Suitable doors on all sides to enter in to the container for easy maintenance. All doors shall be provided with locks and handles for opening/ closing doors.(ii) Suitable internal lighting to carry out easy inspection and maintenance.(iii) Air Inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load.(iv) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel.(v) Fuel filling point with locking arrangement. G. Lifting/Transportation arrangements : Container should be provided with 8-ISO corners for easy lifting and shall be suitable for road/rail/sea transportation. H. Rubber Mat: Rubber mat shall be 10mm thick of size 1m x 2m with chequered finish ISI marked suitable for using in electrical installations - 02 Nos J. Two years maintenance spares: The list of 2 years maintenance spares and one set of tools for maintenance as per OEM recommendation shall be provided. Note : Following shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted :-(i) Suitable concrete foundation for installation of DG set as per manufacturer’s recommendations.(ii) Install on the foundation, connecting fuel lines, cables, etc.(iii) The cost of complete accessories mentioned in respective paras in above given specifications shall deemed to be included in the item rate quoted.(iv) Testing on completion Note:- (i) repair/ Maintenance of tools to be supplied with DG set shall be all as per the particular specification Clause No (ii) Control wiring cable and connected items such as relay and sensor etc deemed to be included in the scope of work for providing connection to the AMF panel. Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connecting to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth strip protected by 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion etc complete all as specified.Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe for earth lead up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of XLPE, insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric cable with stranded aluminium conductors of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core , 1100 volts grade, laid in tranches/fixing on wall/poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and Fixing of HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 50 mm and inner dia of 38 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of GI pipe 50mm bore light grade with all fittings laid in trenches/on wall / on poles etc/ for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation no exc 30 cm deep and getting out avg 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil etc all as specified and as directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out in Hard/ Dense soil, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded coarse aggregate in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-2, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished faiar and even without using extra cement incl; mixing of water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete filing as mass concrete 75 mm of hard standing type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 100mm thick type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing and paving etc. all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle,post , fixed independently without connecting plates etc. (cut to ordinary length i.e. within 20 mm of length) confirming to Fe – 290 Grade – E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including clits etc conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-210 all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.
