Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type cubical panel board, doule door suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, 50 Hz and CPRI approved manufacturer factory fabricated with CRCA sheet not less than 3 mm thick having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade provided with suitable gaskit to make it dust and varmin proof and general constructions conforming to IS : 8623/93. The LT panel shall be front and back openable and duly compartmentalized for each control gears.The panel should have suitable size of aluminium Bus -bar three phase 4 wire system having current carrying capacity 600 Amps of the incomer MCCB. The panel should have the following incoming and out going controlls duly fixed with the panel by means of suitable link plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge :- (i) Microprocessor based MCCB 4, pole 35 KA with adjustable thermal setting, 415V, 400 Amp - 01 No. (ii) MCCB 4, pole 35 KA with adjustable thermal setting, 415V, 160 Amp - 01 No (iii) MCCB 4, pole 35 KA with adjustable thermal setting, 415V, 125 Amp - 01 No (iv) MCCB 4, pole 25 KA with adjustable thermal setting, 415V, 63 Amp - 01 No (v) Digital Volt meter 0-500 volts (vi) Ammeter 0-500 amps with suitable size of Cts (vii) All connections to be done through suitable size PVC insulated copper cables (viii) LED RYB indicator - 01 Set Make of MCCB : L&T, Havells, Sneider, (NOTE :- PCC platform of suitable size for mounting the LT Panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rate )

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 Mtrs wide and not exc. 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out for taking out/laying cable, poles &stay etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable have been laid tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick laid in trenches for cable protection of burnt clay sub class ‘B’ laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting, & testing LED streetlight fitting of 25 Watt high pressure die cast aluminium housing, with minimum 100 lumen/watt system efficacy, covered potted designed driver of same make as fitting, heat resistant toughened glass with silicon gasket for IP-66 protection, better optics for uniform distribution roadway luminaires complete and fixing on existing bracket of steel tubular pole and connecting the fitting electrically using 3 way 10 amp connector and s&f PVC conduit 20 mm &pvc copper cable 2.5 sqmm 3core from junction pole box to fitting complete all as specified and directed.Make- Philips cat part No. BRP046 LED 30 CW MR S1 PSU GR or equivalent in Havells cat part No. ENDURAPEARLSL25WLED757SASYTOPCMP/ Crompton cat part No. LST-25-CDL-M or as approved.

S& F Pole box junction three phase of size 297x 250 x 130 mm, made of 2 mm MS sheet factory painted with synthetic enamel paint, and inbuilt locking arrangement, out door type , fix to pole with suitable MS clamp comprising of alluminium busbar 16 Amp 04 Nos fix on epoxy insulated support and MCB 6 Amp 10 kA 240 volt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing of galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of GI strip protected by 40 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing transparant KIOSK 200 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm made of 2 mm thick MS sheet including aluminium bus bar 100 amps, 02 Nos Clamp with nut. bolts fixed to LT poles complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Hansal/ HPL/syntex

Material and labour for three core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for connecting up street/ secuirity light with pole junction box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel tubular electric pole, swaged type 410SP-31 , welded (9 metre long) single swan neck type complete with CI base plate, bolts, nuts & screws all as specified including the following:-(a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide & 2 Mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres. Supply and fix Polyamide roof conductor holder for parapet with M8 female thread of diameter 7 mm, M8 Screw to connect the conductor holder, weather and temperature resistant, tested from -35 °C to +90 °C , conductor holders at every 1 m distance of round conductor .Make OBO Type No: 177 30 M8 (5207 46 0 ) or equivalent of Furse of ABB, ERICO or any equivalent E-in-C Branch approved make, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Polyamide roof cable holder for flat roof at every 1 m distance of round conductor closed form with bottom, filling weight 1Kg (frost-resistant concrete), Polyethylene Sleeve .Make OBO Type No: 165 MBG-8-10 ( 5218 700) or equivalent of Furse of ABB, ERICO or any equivalent E-in-C Branch approved make, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix air terminal of approved quality with accessories:-

3 m Vertical air terminal as per IS/IEC -62305 part-3 16mm rod tapered to 10 mm aluminium rod , semi-hard (E-AlMgSiO5), Suitable for high wind load, Suitable for Fang Fix stand system .Make OBO Type No: 101 VL3000 ( 5401989 ) or equivalent of Furse of ABB, ERICO or any equivalent E-in-C Branch approved make, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

2 m Vertical air terminal as per IS/IEC -62305 part-3 16mm rod tapered to 10 mm aluminium rod, semi-hard (E-AlMgSiO5 ) , Suitable for high wind load, Suitable for Fang Fix stand system. Supply and fix cross universal connector to route vertical down conductor /mesh formation made of hot dipped galvanised iron with necessary screws etc as required. Supply and fix expansion piece with connector :-

Expansion piece for equalising temperature related length changes, necessary on conductor length over 20 m. Make OBO Type No: 172 AR ( 5218 92 6 ) or equivalent of Furse of ABB, ERICO or any equivalent E-in-C Branch approved make, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Connector for expansion piece. Installation using hexagonal bolt M10x30 high-grade hot dip galvanised. Conforming to the requirements according to IS/IEC 62305 (2 nos per expansion piece ). Supply and fix lightnig counter to count the number of lightning strikes & it can record the date and time of the lightning incident also tested as per IEC 62561-6 .Make OBO Type No: LSC I+II ( 5091 72 2 ) or equivalent of Furse of ABB, ERICO or any equivalent E-in-C Branch approved make, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm by means of of nut bolt check nut & washer including necessary excavatio n and earth work in soft and loose soil, GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protecting the earth lead funnel wire mess with GI watering pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) including charcoal dust, common salt PCC pit & 50 mm thick RCC pit cover all as specified and shown in EP No. 5 of SSR Pt-I and connected to the earth point whereever directed.

Supply and fix Roof conductor holder for sheet roof, bottom section stainless steel (V2A) with Dia. 8.5 mm slot made of conductor holder of polyamide at every 1 m distance of round conductor. Make OBO Type No: 159 K-VA (5216 81 8) or equivalent of Furse of ABB, ERICO or any equivalent E-in-C Branch approved make all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Fang Fix Junior system inclusive of Al interception rod of 1 m length (10mm Dia. ), quick mounting of the interception rod in the base using plug technology .Make OBO Type No: F-FIX JUNIOR (5403 308) or equivalent of Furse of ABB, ERICO or any equivalent E-in-C Branch approved make, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. IMPORTANT NOTE: (1) Design/Drawing/BOM/Technical Specifications of the complete lighning protection system showing the layout including dimensions is to be obtained from OEM strictly keeping in view the actual ground requirements & the same is to be got approved from GE & Engr-in-Charge before placing final order to the OEM. (2) Any item missed out in the technical specification, but technically required for efficient working of the system in deemed to be included in the unit quote rate. (3) The contractor/firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/ work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest on the contractor/ firm. (4) The complete work of the lightning protection system is to be got done from the OEM or their autherized sister concern/ channel partner only.
