Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying Doublecharge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 / ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm .

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding, taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direcition of E/l.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and papering the walls, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by the rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls, scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supply of 6mm C.A Sheet Roofing

Labour for fitting and fixing G.C.I. Or C.A. Sheet roofing in proper slope including the cost of "J" or "L" hooks, limpet and bitumen washers, carriage of sheet to work site, and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Dismantling patent stone floor including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Dsimantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming toIS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approvedmake, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black ofany size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of stepsand dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm,including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shadecomplete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.:- Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1stquality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White,Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matchingpigments etc., complete.
