| 3.00General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as well as security condition at AMD. 2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, water charges, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause. 3. The work mentioned shall be carried out at all floors,heights, locations for a height of 25m and a lead of 150m 4.The contractor has to follow all safety rules of the department and PPE shall be provided to all workers engaged by him. Only skilled workers have to be deployed for work on heights wherever and whenever required. Insurance to workers shall be done and should be valid during entire period of contract. | |||||
