Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured & paid.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks, old size, kiln burnt, laid with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable, for protection of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix 80 mm bore light grade galvanized iron tubing ISI marked etc laid in trenches or fixed on wall floor in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 50 mm bore light grade galvanized iron tubing ISI marked etc laid in trenches or fixed on wall floor in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 125 Amps 3 Pole, 16 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz with thermal setting between 70% to 100% adjustable type and connecting up in the existing panel location including taking out existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation & Testing factory made CPRI approved LT feeder pillar box of size 60cmX45cmX30cm for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415Volt, AC, 50Hz, outdoor, cubical type, weather, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for front operated applications having aluminium bus bar rating capacity 400Amps and neutral 300 Amps rating capacity mounting of insulators, incoming controlled with fixed type MCCB 3 Pole of capacity 250 Amps and breaking capacity Icu= 36KA including canopy on top and gland provision in bottom made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet duly powder coated of approved shade using 40mmX40mmX6mm angle iron frame and supports including necessary excavation and grouting the same in PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25x4 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover 1 : 2 : 4 ,type B-1( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregare ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia round bar as in handle including taking down of existing earthing complete all as specified & directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by mannual borring and including supply and laying insertion of HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 15 mm bore light grade galvanized iron tubing ISI marked including all fittings etc fixed on pole including suitable size clamps, nut and bolts protection pipe for street light cable from junction box to street light complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement copper conductor flexible cable with PVC insulator multi-stranded 2 x 2.5 sqmm 1100 volt drawing in to the street light pole incl connection for security light from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified & directed.
