Evolving planning , hydraulic & structural design , site development , construction , installations ,testing , commissioning and operation and maintainance of 2.70 MLD capacity based on integrated technology including Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor and deep constructed wetland technology, multi-grade filter, chlorination disinfection unit in RCC construction which should be capable of treating tertiary effluent of characteristics as mention as below. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =375 mg/litre & suspended Solids =750 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 20 mg /litre, Fecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH 4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre . The scope of work including C/O 01 No. inlet chamber, 2 Nos. Screening channel with cleaning arrangement, 2 Nos. Grit channels and distribution box, 2 No. of Anoxic Reactor with stiring Arrangements, 2 No. of Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor, 2 No. of Tube Settler units, constructed wet land, sludge drying beds, multimedia filter, chlorine contact tank with required arrangement, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe, Providing and fixing Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard, Providing and fixing Steel Gate, Construction of Interconnecting Path, Construction of Railing Construction of Plant Building, Electro - Mechanical Equipment, 2 Nos. of DG Set with 82.5 KVa Each, Plant building including laboratory of required class as per CPHEEO manual of Sewerage and Sewage treatment, & installation of all mechanical & electrical equipment’s as per chapter No.VI. It also includes site development for all civil structures complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. After successfully commissioning of STP Operation, maintenance of STP shall be carried out free of cost by contractor for 90 days to achieve above mentioned effluent standards.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard / soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard / soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts, staking the excavated soil / materials upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked excavated soil in all layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
Providing & Laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Sand: 8 graded stone Agg. 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in foundation and plinth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.
Providing & Laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10 graded stone agg. 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work size of plums shall be 150mm to 300mm as per PWD specifications.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

To operate, repair & maintain all civil works for sewage treatment in the shape of Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor and constructed wetland under sewerage system Dalhousie Town consisting of one no. sewage treatment plant of 2.70 MLD (Full capacity) at Dalhousie for the period of five year in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge. The O&M of entire integrate STP shall be as per the provision made in the latest Manual on Sewerage & Sewerage treatment systems issued by CPHEEO (Edition 2013) firm should do comply the stringent effluent standards laid down by HP Pollution Control Board.
