Excavation in soil — cavation for all depths and in all types of soil, levelling/ compaction of the excavated surface etc. all complete. Soil/soft murrum ill be classified as which can be removed easily by using axes, pick-axe/crow bars/shovels etc.

Excavation in Hard Rock — cavation for all depths and in all types of HARD ROCK by chiselling / USING MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT including stacking the useful bould s / rock within the premises as directed. (Measurements shall be by stacks, less 40% voids OR Initial and final levels of the excava d area as per the decision of E-I- C) (Rocks which cannot be removed by PICK / AXES and OR WEDGING and which would require MECHANICA EQUIPMENT will be classified as HARD ROCK).

Backfilling — ckfilling with excavated earth/ available earth at site in the pit / trenches/foundations/roads etc. includes full compaction, eithe with manual ramming/ roller as per site condition.

Dismantling RCC — eaking / dismantling RCC in foundation, superstructure,etc. The rebars etc. to be separated, straightened, stacked neatly at site an further transported at scrapyard as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling of PCC/ Brick/Stone — eaking / dismantling PCC/PAVING/Asphalt road/soling or any Masonry work below and above ground level that may encounter in during th excavation or otherwise.

Disposal outside — sposal of surplus earth/debris generated at the site to a BMC designated/private dumping location, proof of outside disposal to be p duced like Out Going gate Pass of Refinery , BMC Challan etc. whichever is applicable. This item will be extra over and above the it s of excavation/ dismantling etc.Payment shall be made to vendor based on initial and final levels of the excavated area which sha also be reconciled with truck measurements (reduced by 30% for voids). The minimum of both will be payable. DISPOSAL AREAS OUTSIDE ANT BOUNDARY TO BE ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTOR. Royalty & taxes as applicable for disposal outside plant limits to be borne by the Co ractor.

Formwork at all levels — oviding steel formwork / plywood formwork for all concrete works at all levels including necessary supporting scaffoldings, props, t hold the concrete in position. Removal of the same after allowable de-shuttering period as per the relevant IS codes etc. complete. ructural stability of the formwork is the responsibility of the contractor. HPCL reserves the right to ask the contractorto submit he method statement and design calculations of the formwork wherever it is felt necessary at no extra cost to HPCL.

RMC M15 or Concrete volumetric 6000-Mumbai Refinery — oviding, and laying Ready Mix Concrete of M15 grade with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates / gravel,providing pocke , openings, recesses, chamfering wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even s face etc. (EXCLUDING THE COST OF REINFORCEMENT AND SHUTTERING) for all depths below and upto plinth level in any shape, position and hickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed. Use of plain cement concrete of volumetric mix 1:2:4 shall also be perm ted at no extra cost to HPCL.

RMC M20 or Concrete volumetric 6000-Mumbai Refinery — oviding, and laying Ready Mix Concrete of M20 grade with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates / gravel, providing pock s, openings, recesses, chamfering wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even rface etc. (EXCLUDING THE COST OF REINFORCEMENT AND SHUTTERING) for all depths below and upto plinth level in any shape, position an thickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed. Use of plain cement concrete of volumetric mix 1:1.5:3 shall also be p mitted at no extra cost to HPCL.

Concrete M30 grade — oviding and laying REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE OF M-30 GRADE with 20 mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/ gravel, provid g pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth a even surface etc. (EXCLUDING THE COST OF REINFORCEMENT, SHUTTERING AND SPECIFIED ADMIXTURES) FOR ALL DEPTHS AND HEIGHTS UPTO & INCL IVE OF 20 m ABOVE PLINTH LEVEL in any shape, position, thickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed.
