Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices upto triple storey etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanishm) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour as per approved manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surface and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre & excellent protection against UV, Alkali & Fungal resistance, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces upto tripple storey with fully utomatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per min having pressure 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface of both coat of paint to achieve excellent application with 5 years perfomance warranty from manufacturers and instruction complete using limited man power including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures for upto triple storey buildings, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian Paints Apex , Berger, Dulux or equivalent brand) Note : (a) Complete work to be executed by authorised applicator from paint manufacturer. (b) Primer and emulsion application to be carried out through air less spray machine or by roller (only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/chajja & building edges/ borders/projections where contrasting colour as specified and directed is to be applied)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even and fair including taking down of existing surface upto triple storey complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS powder coated (Minimum thickness of Powder coating 50micron) snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm including hangers 2mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs or ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5mm dia & 40mm long for false ceiling including fixing non-asbestos fibre cement building board with screws including dismantling of false ceiling board & snap grid frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC wall panelling with panel of 300 mm x 5 mm Hollow section of Sintex pattern SPUF-146 or equivalent , fixed with PVC plug and screw and inserted to next panel groove, edges and corners of all door/ window/openings etc to be covered with PVC angle fixed with solvent cement including dismantling of PVC wall paneling complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instructions.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) rubbish off the premises compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Vitrified tiles (double charged) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectagular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0. 80 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4 and grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10) kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg) including fillling/grouting and finishing complete all as specified and as directed by GE/Eng-in-charge.

All as per item serial No 07.00 here-in-before but as on vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 450x300x 7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Ser item No 7.00 to 10.00 - The joints if specified shall be cleaned off and all dust and loose particles removed, joints shall then be filled with approved adhesive grouts. after finishing the grouting process, after 15 minute, wipe off excess grout with a damp sponge and polish the tiles with a soft & dry cloth for a clean surface. The finished work shall not shound hollow when tapped with a wooden malllet.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring size of (550x550mm) and 20-22mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota sone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors or other than ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panel surface finished cement concrete surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) compete all as specified and as directed.
