Maintenance of gardens, trees, etc., i.e. watering , plantations & lawns, weeding out the areas, trimming the hedges, shrubberies spreading manure, soil &fertilisers& supply and application of insecticides (excluding the cost of supply of manure, soil and fertilisers) making it fine & mixing it over the area, hoeing the soil in plantation and making the beds fine dressed, rolling the plain areas to make it smooth, providing seasonal and displaying flower beds in the areas as per design, removing of rubbish & keeping the areas clean, as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, ES/BRIT or Officer-in-Charge and as per specifications. Note: Supply of red garden soil and manure to be incorporated in the work to the extent required is undertaken item No.5 & 6 of this schedule B.
Cutting & removing wild vegetation shrubs, bushes & wild grass, etc. grown around the RPO,PMD/BARC Bldg., and other than garden areas. Disposing the same within 1/2 km away from the buildings all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, ES/BRIT or Officer-in-Charge. This includes cost of labour& materials required for the work. They have to be cut immediately on the stipulated date and shall be completed within one month.
Supplying and stacking of plants as shrubs, Climb on foliage and flower plants in small polythene bags, well developed in growth of 1’ to 1 1/2’ height, green and varigated plants of Hibiscus, Chandani, Crotons, Hermelia, Acalypha, IxoraSingapuris, Golden Durantaetc as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, ES/BRIT &Officer-in-Charge and as per specifications.
Supplying and stacking of plants as shrubs, Climb on foliage and flower plants in polythene bags, well developed in growth of 2’ to 3’ height green different types of Palm, Alba pissnia, bottle brush etc as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, ES/BRIT & officer – in -Charge and as per specifications.
Supply of good quality of red garden soil free from stones pebbles etc. at site as per specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, ES/BRIT or Officer-in-Charge (Qty. as per truck measurements without deductions of voids) as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, ES/BRIT & officer – in – charge and as per specifications.
Supply of well decomposed dry farmyard manure free from soil and undecomposed grass etc. at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, ES/BRIT, or Officer-in-Charge (Qty. as per truck measurement without deductions of voids)
