Hire charges for crane for complete dismantling of 8MVA, 33/11kV, M/s.Vijay Electical Ltd., make Power Transformer accessories at Hiranandhini SS.

Labour charges for Complete dismantling of 8MVA 33/11kV HHE make Power Transformer accessories at Hiranandhini SS.

Unloading of Power Transformer from Truck including Raising and lowering of Tr.tank with accessories for insertion of rails at V.Pudur Substation.

Draining of Transformer oil from the Power Transformer main tank to empty oil barrels over and above 800 ltrs at Hiranandhini SS

Loading of Power Transformer tank,oil barrels,H.V., and L.V. Bushings and turret etc into Truck including Raising and lowering, for insertion of rails at Hiranandhini SS at Chennai

Pulling of Power Transformer from the truck and placing in plinth at V.Pudur 33/11kV Substation for a total weight of 15 MT and for an approximate pulling distance of 50 metres (15MT x 50m).

II.Transportation

Transportation of Power Transformer tank,oil barrels, H.V., and L.V. Bhusings and turret from Hiranandhini SS to V.pudur 33/11kV Substation (Actual charges: 19.8MTx105 KMxRs.15.00= Rs.31185which is lesser than the flat rate of Rs.36000 for the transportation of transformers upto 30MT and 100 kM range outsiide Chennai city limit)

III.Erection of 8MVA, 33/11kV M/s.Vijay Electrical LTD., Make Power Transformer bearing Sl. No. 89795, YOM:2015 - at V.Pudur 33kV SS in Kanchipuram EDC.

Hot oil Circulation

Labour charges for transformer oil circulation in main tank and OLTC under Hot oil circulation, vaccum drying wherever applicable and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning.

Charges for refilling of oil in the Transformer tank excess quantity above 800 litres

Fixed charges for provision of filter machine.

Transportation and Laying of 33kV & 11kV Power Cables

Drawal & Laying of 33kV, 1x630 Sq.mm, XLPE, UG, Cable from CDC Stores at Ambattur and transporting to work site in lorry and laying the same in side duct from power transformer to HV breaker.(11 kV cable Nil Stock in stores. So 33 kV Cable is utilized).

Internal wiring of Power Transformer including replacement of existing old cables, or laying of old/new cables, bunching routing, etc., for connecting Bucholtz relay, PRV, Oil surge relay, Oil guage, oil and winding temperature indicators, fans, cooler pumps etc. (percentage amount to be adopted when ever a partial wiring is required)

Earthing

Labour charges for Neutral bushing earthing at 2 points, transformer tank earthing at 2 points, DM box,Marshalling box and RTCC panel earthing. ( M.S. flats for the work will be supplied by the Board)

Labour charges for earthing of Cooler fans and oil pumps of Power Transformers upto 16 MVA capacity using bare copper wires (minimum 10/12 SWG copper wires)

Labour Charges for excavation and refilling

Supply, Transport, Loading and Unloading Galvanizing of MS Channel (125x65x100x50) MS Angle to the site including cost of material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site.

Supply, Transport, Loading and Unloading of MS Flat (65x10/50x8) to the site including cost of material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site.
