Note: 1. BOM shall be operated on unit rate basis. 2. Unit rates shall be quoted for all the above items for any additional requirements /decrease in requirements. 3. Quantity mentioned above is only an approximate quantity & may undergo change during detailing. 4. Unit rate shall be firm & binding till final handing over of the project. 5. Payment shall be made based on actual quantity supplied at site. 6. All equipment, components, items shall be supplied from the list of approved makes only. 7. Payment shall be made based on actual quantity supplied & executed at site. Site certification shall be done by Engineer in charge.
