Schedule "A" Part - IX [Miscellaneous Items] [Tenderer has to quote unit rate under Col 6] Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of self priming centrifugal monoblock pump set of capacity 15 HP, with impeller of stainless steel power rating 11kW with discharge of minimum 6.7 LPS @ 80m Head, 3000 rpm inclusive all fittings, with starter including fixing on 'C' channel grouted in PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton, model No. PUM.CEN.720714437, MIN 15.2-72 or equivalant in Kirloskar / Beacon / KSB / Wilo Mather /Jyoti / V Guard. Note : PCC Foundation will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix Cast iron Air valve with single air Outlet, conforming to IS 14845-2000 of size 50mm and fixng up in DI pipe water supply mains of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F DI pipe k-9 (all socketed or socket and spigotted / flanged ) 100 mm dia. all as specified, conforming to IS : 8329-2000 with socket and spigot ends confirming to IS-8329, including rubber gasket tyton ring joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for DI specials such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers and type (straight bends increasing or decreasing or double socket etc.,) tee places single trench, double branch cross, tail pieces, reducers (all sockets and spigoted/flanged) collars caps and plugs suitable for 100 mm dia pipes all as specified and directed.

S & F CI Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038-1986, 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of masonry valve chamber of internal size: 1000mm x 1000mm x 1000mm, foundation 100 mm thick using PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, over 15cm thick hard core, 20cm thick solid block masonry with blocks cast using PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, set in cement mortar 1:4, plaster to internal surfaces 15mm thick and external surfaces up to 15cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement , MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick including 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1, coping with 25mm x 6mm flat iron hold fasts, handle, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M complete all as specified and directed.
