All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance contract of Sewage Treatment plant including Operation, Preventive maintenance, break down maintenance, Servicing, Testing, Inspection, Output Product parameters complying to Statutory Standards, Treatment Chemicals, Log books as per Technical Specification in Tender Document etc. complete as required.

Supply of Moving Bed Bio Reactor media MOC:polyproplene,400 M2/M3, cylindrical external fin, Height/Dia of 15mm/22mm, PSA/TSA of minimum 75 % - confirming to technical specifications in existing aeration tank including transport, unloading at AAI store etc. complete as required.

Mechanized Cleaning & de-silting of sewage collection Sump and Equivalization tank using compressor and associated equipment, draining out, collection, lifting from Tank floor and disposal of sludge away from Airport premises etc., complete with sundries, lighting, Exhaust/Forced draft blowers specialized labour with oxygen cylinder and protective gear etc. complete as required.

Replacement of Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) and Pressure Sand Filter (PSF) media including removal, refilling and replacement of strainers from FRP PSF and ACF tanks of capacity 10 Cum/Hour and restoration of associated UPVC piping to existing arrangement etc complete as required.

Brush/Spray Painting of various metal surfaces after preparation of surface i.e.cleaning/scrapping the surface with emery paper and applying 02 coat anti-corrosive metal red-oxide primer & 2 coats Enamel paint of approved brand and colour to give an even shade complete etc as required (Paint Colour to be decided by Engineer-In-Charge) - On Steel/MS/GI Metal Work

Repair and Periodical Maintenance Service of existing Everest make, Model: M450 Air blower including Pressure gauges set of Seal & Ring, Set of Gaskets, Set of Bearing, Air filter through OEM Authorized Technician etc complete as required.

Supply of Spare parts for Everest Make, Model M450 Twin lobe Airblower as and only when required.
