Post Tensioning Work: Design and execution of post tensioning work, including decoiling, the strands, cutting to the required lengths, supplying, laying of HT strands sheathing (GI corrugated ducts 0.3mm thick) jointing with couplers and inserting the strands, profiling, fixing liveend anchorages, including supply of stressing anchorages, suitable for 5-5 & 5-4 tendons, grout vents, making dead end anchorages, including flowering the strands, fixing tendon support bars, supervising the fixing of antibursting reinforcement, stressing the cables, end trimming, grouting the cables, with cement slurry, mixed with admixtures with required tools, plants, and machineries, and consumables etc. (Shuttering, concreting & reinforcement steel shall be paid under respective items) at all heights including all leads, lifts, coordination, with the post- tensioning agency, preparation of drawings, obtaining approval from the Employer / Architect etc.
Rate to include providing water, power, cement and admixture for grouting, packing of sheathing and anchorages blockings, filling of recess pockets after stressing using grouts (cement slurry mixed with approved admixtures) including providing access to post tensioning at all heights including all leads, lifts etc., all complete and as approved and as directed by the Employer Architect but excluding shuttering, concreting & reinforcement steel which shall be payable under respective items separately.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.
UGT/OHT (inside) waterproofing with Anti- microbial Coating Waterproofing: Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface of the UGT/ OHT tank applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification. Followed by applying 15 mm thick dimensionally stable fibrous reinforced cementitious structural grade dual shrinkage Polymer Mortar on as protective plastering @ 29kg/m2.
The material having Compressive strength of 38 MPa at 28 days as per EN 12190, Adhesive Bond Test, >1.5 Mpa as per EN 1542, followed by Water curing by sprinkling water for 3 times a day for 5- 7 days. Followed by applying two component, water-based food grade epoxy resin coating on inside surface of Potable water tank having anti- algae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 0.35 Kg/m2 in 2 coats. Ensure that this coating is applied over the protective plaster. The Waterproofing material shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02. The finished cost to include surface preparation completely as per specification
Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Fully Panelled steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames, stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter. 3Nos of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in case of single leaf and 6Nos of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6Nos of holdfasts 200 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. The sliding door operator shall be fixed with required number of Numo sensors to ensure that the maximum sensing range in the entrance portion. The operator shall be fixed with satin finish SS plate of 6 mm thick to a required depth on the glazed partition itself in such a way the operator is housed neatly or house the sliding operator on the Facade glass panel. All structural supports shall be housed neatly enclosed with 2.0mm thick alumnium powder coated sheet of approved colour and with vent for Maintenance of the operator. Design the framing system with the gap as per drawing between wall/column/steel structures/any supporting system & cladding. Frame and Bracket to support Solid Panel / Laminated sandwiched composite panel with Sealant on Groove or Decorative capping on the Groove to any shape & profile as per drawing.
System shall be supported between the aluminium angle brackets anodized finish not less than 20 Microns. Extruded support member size - 50*50 - 2 mm thick shall be designed to accommodate the panels as per the approved shop drawings and extruded aluminium member shall be 6063 T6 or 63400 (H9) grade conforming to BS 1467 or IS 8147, finished with electrolytic colour anodic coating AC 15 grade conforming to IS 1868.

In generals the panels shall be suitably stiffened internally on the back sideat 600 mm spacing for preventing deformation due to design wind pressure beyond permissible limits by using aluminium flat / Angle / Box tube with thickness not less than 2mm gluved with 3 M make VHB adhesive tape in order to maintain panel flatness and to avoid permanent deformation over a period. Stiffener shall be provided at 600 mm c/c behind the panels irrespective of structural check of the Solid / Composite panel against stability and deflection. Panels shall be provided with cleats at corners in continuous manner 'L' cleat, wherever the Inner skin folded / bent areas and as per approved shop drawing.
Brackets - Aluminium anodized / HDG Finish shall be fixed on to the Masonry wall with Solid block (Compressive strength not less than 5.5N/mm2) / RCC / steel structures / any other supporting structures like brackets, brackets shall be fixed with Polyamide expansion SS HRD anchors of suitable dia and length with the strength as per design criteria. Brackets / clamps shall be fixed with chemical injection technique threaded anchor rods of approved make to the base structure in the case of masonry wall / RCC members and SS anchor bolts in the case of steel structure.
System design in total, including Aluminium extruded member, type & thickness of Solid panel / Laminated sandwich composite panel, Aluminium sleeves at connections, inserts, Sealant, Supporting system/bracket including fastening and anchoring system & Materials specified in the schedule and the system details as shown in the drawing are only tentative and is meant to set out a general outline of the Proprietary system. 3.ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet.The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC Machine to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1mm Powder coating done after seven –
tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE RETARDANT 64 Kg/m density mineral wool of 100mm thickness as Acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy. The average sound level at 1 Mt distance shall be less than 75 DBA average or as per CPCB norms. Surface treatment – Painting: The enclosure surface shall be suitably treated for degreasing de-rusting and posphating.
The canopies are passed through seven – tank treatment thoroughly. Additional features of canopies: Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1 mm so as to increase its durability.
Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any World class Cooling package: Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can also perform at 45 degree C/ambient temperature. No grouting required on the ground, only a level surface capable of with standing the DG weight. 4. FUEL TANK : 900 liters. Removable fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame.
Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set. 1150.00 30250.00 The Gen set frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading Temperature rise inside the canopy: Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well within 5-7 deg centigrade. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connection and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for clearing or any maintenance.
5. BASE FRAME : The base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall be have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of generator set includes loading. Unloading and transportation charges. 6. 13)TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete and should have BMS integration features. The Genset engine and alternator make should be approved by department officials before used on work.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. SOLAR PV MODULES AND ARRAY
(i) Only indigenous modules shall be used in the Solar module shall be Crystalline (Mono/Poly) PV modules type. The total array capacity shall not be less than required capacity and this shall be operating at the required DC voltage. The power output of the PV module must be reported under standard test conditions (STC). I-V curve of the sample module should be submitted.
(ii) The mechanical structure shall withstand gusts of wind / cyclonic wind up to 150 km/hr from back side of the panel.
(iii) The offered modules must conform to the latest edition of any of the following IEC/ equivalent BIS Standards for PV module design qualification and type approval:
Crystalline Silicon Terrestrial PV Modules : IEC 61215/IS14286
Thin Film Terrestrial PV Module:
Concentrator PV Modules & Assemblies : IEC 62108
(iv) In addition, the modules must conform to IEC 61730 1- requirements for construction &Part 2 - requirements for testing, for safety qualification or Equivalent IS (Under Dev.)
(v) PV modules must also qualify Salt Mist Corrosion Testing as per IEC 61701/IS61701.
(vi) SPV modules shall be certified by NABL/IECQ accredited test centre. The bidder shall submit appropriate certificates.
(vii) Protective devices against surges at the PV module shall be provided. Low voltage drop bypass diodes shall be provided.
(viii) Module Junction box (weather proof), where the module terminals shall be interconnected and output taken, shall be designed for long life out door operation in harsh environment as per the relevant BIS specifications and protected against surges.It should have a provision for "Opening" for replacing the cable, if required.
(ix) PV modules used in solar power plants must be warranted for output wattage, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and80% at the end of 25 years.
2. MOUNTING STRUCTURES
The PV modules will be mounted on fixed metallic structures of adequate strength and appropriate design, which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities up to 150 km per hour. The support structure used in the power plants will be hot dip Galvanized Iron (G.I).
The "Mounting Structure" should have the following features:
•The modules support structure shall be Mild Steel /hot dipped Galvanized (atleast 120 micron) Iron for holding the PV modules. The size of angle iron should not be less than 50x50x5mm.Each panel frame structure shall be so fabricated as to be grouted on roof on its legs. The legs of the structure shall be fixed in the PCC foundation column made with 1:2:4 cement concrete. The foundation shall support SPV modules at a given orientation, absorb and transfer the mechanical loads to the ground properly and shall withstand maximum wind speed of 150 km/hr
All nuts and bolts should be made of good quality Stainless Steel.
The structure should be designed to allow easy replacement of any module.
The array structure shall be so designed that it will occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output from the SPV panels.
The minimum clearance of the lowest part of the module structure and the developed ground level shall not be less than 500 mm.
The minimum clearance required from the parapet wall of the roof & in between row of panels is min 2 feet for cleaning the panels & servicing.
3. JUNCTION BOXES
The junction boxes shall be dust proof, vermin and waterproof and made of FRP / Thermo Plastic. The terminals shall be connected to copper bus bar arrangement of proper sizes. The junction boxes shall have suitable cable entry points fitted with cable glands of appropriate sizes for both incoming and outgoing cables. Suitable markings shall be provided on the bus bar for easy identification and cable ferrules shall be fitted at the cable termination points for identification. Each main junction box shall be fitted with appropriate rating blocking diode. The junction boxes shall be of reputed make.
4. INVERTER:
The power conditioning unit/inverter should be grid interactive and also DG set interactive if necessary. Inverter output should be compatible with the grid frequency.

(iii)DC Surge protection Device to be provided on Incoming side with class II as per IEC 6364-5-53

6.Cables and accessories
All the cables shall be supplied conforming to IEC 60227/IS 694 & IEC
The bidder shall supply installation accessories, which are required to install and successfully commission the power plant.
7.Earthing and Lightning Protection:
Earthing: The array structure of the PV yard shall be grounded properly using adequate number of earthing kits. All metal casing or shielding of the power plants shall be thoroughly grounded to ensure safety of the solar power plants.
Lightning: The SPV power plants shall be provided with lightning &over voltage protection. The main aim in this protection shall be to reduce the over voltage to a tolerable value before it reaches the PV or other sub system components. The source of over voltage can be lightning, atmosphere disturbances etc
8.INTEGRATION OF PV POWER WITH GRID:
The output power from SPV would be fed to the inverters which converts DC produced by SPV array to the AC and feeds it into the main electricity grid after synchronization. In case of grid failure, or low or high voltage, solar PV system will be out of synchronization and will be disconnected from the grid. Once the DG set comes into service PV system will again be synchronized with DG supply and load requirement would be met to the extent of availability of power 4 pole isolation of inverter output with respect to the grid/DG power connection need to be provided.
9.GRID ISLANDING:
PV system software and control system will be equipped with islanding protection. In addition to disconnection from the gird (islanding protection i.e. on no supply), under and over voltage conditions will adequate rating fuses, fuses on inverter input side (DC) as well as output side (AC) for overload and short circuit protection and disconnecting switches to isolate the DC and AC system for maintenances as needed. Fuses of adequate rating will also be provided in each solar array module to protect them against short circuit. A manual disconnect 4 pole isolation switch beside automatic disconnection to grid would have to be provided at utility end to isolate the grid connection by the utility personal to carry out any maintenance.
