Supply and Installation of High Mast Pole alongwith LED Fixtures and upgradation of EI services for 3rd and 4th Floor of NCC Bhawan Building, Sector-19, Rohini, Delhi.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 12.5 Meter height High Mast with nominal size base dia 360mm and top 150mm in polygonal structure, with comprising of winch for raising /lowering, motor push button, aluminium pulleys, head frame with latching system to enhance the safety, lightning protection finial & buffers, resting on the foundation bolts duly provided with stiffeners, double locking arrangement for the door and pole installed on the existing foundation complete as per specifications attached i/c supply and fixing the following accessories. a) Hot dipped galvanized internally & externally, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part. sheet thickness 4 mm, high mast having octagonal structures in two sections with flanges provided with strengthening gussets between bolt holes for stiffening complete with raising/lowering mechanism, double drum winch, motor push button station, pulleys, head frame, lightening protection finial and buffers, The sections shall be stress/slip fitted without any circumferential weld in between. - 1 No. b) Galvanized Lantern carriage with 6 nos. arms secured tightly with suitable arrangement for fixing of upto 6 Nos. luminaires & other accessories complete etc. as required - 1 No. c) Set of stainless steel hoisting ropes of 6 mm dia. - 1 Set d) 0.5 HP Motor suitable to operate on 230V/415V, 50Hz, 960 RPM detachable type for lowering and lifting mechanism - 1 No. e) Supplying and drawing multicore, copper conductor flexible power trailing cables of appropriate rating for energizing the luminaries complete as per specifications. f) Supply & Fixing of LED aviation light - 1 No. g) Supplying & fixing of foundation bolts manufacturer from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plate & templates etc. nut shall be welded to the bolt.

Providing and laying in position M-25 (1:1:2) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 900 mm (L) x 900 mm (W) and 2000 mm (D) at Top & at Bottom thickness mat with reinforce and iron bars below 1200 mm (L) x 1200 mm (W) and 200 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia - 2500 mm long (approx) - 20 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 3300 mm (approx) - 9 Nos., (with 150 mm spacing), for top and 10 mm dia - 1200 mm long (approx) - 40 Nos. for bottom as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HDPE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd. at the bottom most part of foundation, 1500 x 1500 x 200 mm PCC (1:4:8) has to be made apart from above RCC, i/c removing of Malba, Debri etc from site and site will be neat and clean after complete.

Supply and drawing following sizes of PVC insulated copper conductor unarmoured multicore cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting on existing poles i/c providing suitable lugs connections etc. completed as reqd. a) 3 core 4 sq.mm

Supplying and Laying of XLPE, Aluminum armored conductor cable in the existing pipe as reqd i/c termination of cable with suitable size thimble at both end etc as required complete at site. a) 4 x 25 sq.mm

b) 3.5 x 50 Sq.mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface/in pipe / in trench for loop earthing along with the existing surface / recess conduit / submain wiring / cable as reqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Flood Light, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium body with built in or separate driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 0C to 50 0C, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P. F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI-EMC as per CISPR-15, lenses for beam angle 30 deg-120deg as per the application and the project requirement., suitable tilt able fitting, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin) , SDCM(Standard Deviation Colour Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output. LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.
