Cutting and removing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared and including cost of all labour charges, minor tools and GST and Labour cess etc., complete.

Sweeping and cleaning of over trestle Approach break water top and surrounding area including conveying sweepage by head load within a lead of 100 to 150 mtr. and dumping the same, including cost of labour charges, cost of broom, all other minor tools GST and Labour cess etc., complete.

Dismantling the damaged concrete portion of richer mix including removing/ disposal of the dismantled materials, chipping and clearing the surface the surface to receive the new concrete including cost of all minor tools and labour charges, and GST and labour cess etc., complete.

Providing and laying R.C.C 1:1.5:3 mix 20mm size stone chips (one cement one and half mainland river sand, & three mainland stone chips of size 2cm graded) in all RCC works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement, mainland stone chips and sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator curing but excluding cost of fabrication charges of steel reinforcement, centering & shuttering charges which will be paid separately, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator, GST & Labour cess etc complete.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for concrete work including cost of tor steel of grade FE 500 , cutting, bending, binding, and placing in position cost of binding wire, minor tools, all labour charges GST & Labour cess etc. complete.

Providing watch and ward for Break Water complex, work site area round the clock, as and when required as per the instruction of EIC including cost of all labour charges cost of torch lights, cells, GST & Labour cess etc., complete.

Scraping the all steel surface by using wire brush including cleaning and applying waste oil, including the cost of all labour charges, transportation charges, excluding cost of waste oil, wire brush, minor tools etc. Complete (Tetrapod mould)

Supplying of labourers for levelling the berms for preventing the water stagnation on the sides of the road leading from Jetty to Breakwater including cost of all labourers, minor tools GST & labour cess etc complete.

Conveying tetrapods from the casting yard to break water and placing to strengthen the section of break water as per the instruction and direction of the Engineer in Charge including hire charge of truck, cost of slings, loading, conveying, unloading, placing in position, cost of slings, GST & labour cess but excluding hire charges of crane for placing the tetrapod in position, etc., complete.
