S&F Mild steel Plate (plane or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc conforming to Fe- 410-w including distance pieces, clests etc including dismantling mild steel section in roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel screw bolts of diameter of neck 16 to 20 mm (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 22.5 cm and n exc 30 cm long.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in CM complete all as specified & directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10-12 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives & well graded sand & fillers which can be used for plastering as per manufacturers instructions over interior surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).
