Rail base plate (Type-I) of size: 100mm X 320mm X 25mm thick, material confirm to IS 2062 & technical specification as per drawing.
Rail base plate (Type-II) of size: 220mm X 320mm X 25mm thick, material confirm to IS 2062 & technical specification as per drawing.
Packing plate of size: 80mm X 80mm X 10mm thick, material confirm to IS 2062 & technical specification as per drawing.
Rail fixing clamp of size: 60mm X 80mm X 15mm thick, material confirm to IS 2062 & technical specification as per drawing.
HT Studs with one nut 20 X 240mm unbrako (or) TVS (or) equivalent.
Charges for removal of the damaged / wornout rails from the mounting supports by cutting and gouging & devolution to stores.
Charges for fabrication and erection of the new rails on the mounting supports by measing, cutting, aligning, surface level checking, fixing, welding, providing rail clamps and normalizing.(The required rails new/old cut bit rails will be supplied by TANGEDCO)
