M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 and all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching in manhole & coping finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface wall and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement by using integral water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement complete all specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured separately).

Material and labour for 150 mm internal dia. Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes , class SP-1, laid in trenches and jointed as specified , complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F PVC (ECO drain pipe, conforming to IS:16098) of 160mm dia in any length (SN 8) with U drain coupler joints, laid in trenches on concrete bed as indicated and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 200 mm internal dia. Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes , class SP-1, laid in trenches and jointed as specified , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and hunching against the side of drain pipe after laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 for 150mm / 160mm dia pipe and all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 for 150mm dia and all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and hunching against the side of drain pipe after laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 for 200mm dia and all as specified and directed by EIC.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming 150 mm dia branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required and all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors and all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain (or) channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds,initred stopped ends etc

S & F in repair Salt-glazed stoneware gully traps, square or round mouthed, type 'P' of size 180 X 150mm jointed with CM 1:4 and set in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) and all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron grade FG-150 articles exc 5 Kg each as in gully trap brackets, gratings, stop valve, gate stops of any description all as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off from premises.

M&L 400x400x20-22mm thick prepolished cement concrete chequerred tiles jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the color of fills and all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes and all as specified and directed.

S & F for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

M&L for mild steel work in frames for manhole covers, brackets etc of angle iron , flat iron etc complete including cutting, bending drilling holes and welding as necessary, steel of quality conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 , all as specified and directed including painting iron surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paing over a coat of red oxide primer.
