Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external/internal surfaces of walls/soffits/ceilings etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class designation 100, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dubbing out average 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on irregular surface of soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshades etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & applying for two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating on Brick level, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent (For Effloresce treatment), having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per ASTMC1202, crack bridging up to 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI, will be apply on both Positive & Negative side and resist up to 5 Bars of Hydrostatic Pressure. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc. After coating sand will be sprinkled on the coating then apply plaster on the coating including all type of scafolding etc as required complete as manufacturer specifications and as specified and directed. Note : Taking down cement plaster and rendering plaster will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

5 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder or manually , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on external/internal surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for Applying two coats of oll bound distamper white or tinted, over and including a coat of primer including preparation of plastered Surfaces of wall complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete work 1:4:8 type D-2 in sub-case to flooring etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing of existing Kota Stone as in flooring, skirting, steps, shelves etc including filling joints with cement mixed with pigment of same colour complete all as specified and directed.

(vii) 2 Nos 40mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water. (viii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tighness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M7.5 stone agreegate Note : Only top/finished horizontal surface will be measured for the payment purpose.
