Providing and supplying luggage table of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 450 mm height (approx. 3'-0" x 2'-0") made of first-class seasoned teak wood (Tectona grandis) or teak veneered board as approved, free from defects, with plain rectangular top and solid side panel supports as per approved design. Top thickness min. 25 mm (or equivalent build-up), all joints properly fixed with adhesive/screws, complete. Finished smooth with melamine/PU polish in natural teak shade. Item includes all materials, labour, fittings, transport, and protective pads, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Vanity mirror (3'X4' Ft.) Providing and fixing vanity mirror of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm (4'-0" x 4'-0") with 5 mm thick mirror glass of approved quality, including polishing to edges, complete. Frame to be made of first-class seasoned teak wood (Tectona grandis) with moulded profile and arched top as per approved design, free from defects. Mirror to be fixed with approved backing, screws, and cleats/hangers, complete. Finished with melamine/PU polish in natural teak shade including all materials, labour, fittings, and transport, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Wardrobe & dressing table (180x240Cm.) Providing and fixing wardrobe with integrated dressing unit of size 1800 mm x 2400 mm height, made of BWP grade plywood (IS:710) with teak/approved veneer finish on both internal and external surfaces, including shelves, hanging space, drawers, and dressing niche as per approved design. All edges finished with matching lipping, joints fixed with adhesive and screws, complete. Hardware including SS hinges, telescopic drawer channels, handles, and hanging rod of approved make. Finished with melamine/PU polish in natural shade including all materials, labour, fittings, and transport, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Wooden cot (3'x7' Ft.) Providing and supplying wooden cot of size 900 mm x 2100 mm (3'-0" x 7'-0") made of first-class seasoned teak wood (Tectona grandis), free from defects, with headboard and footboard incorporating carved/turned members and cane panel inserts as per approved design. Frame to include side rails and mattress support with wooden slats/ply base, all joints in mortise & tenon/dowel with adhesive, complete. Finished smooth with melamine/PU polish in natural teak shade including all materials, labour, fittings, and transport, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TV Unit (120 x 30 x 90 Cm.) Supplying, fabricating, and fixing a wall-mounted wooden TV ledge of size 1500 mm (L) × 300 mm (D) × 200 mm (H), made from 18 mm thick BWP grade plywood (IS:710) finished with 0.6 mm thick selected teak wood veneer on all exposed surfaces. The item shall include teak lipping / veneer-wrapped edges, concealed cable management, PU clear coat matt/satin finish, and concealed powder-coated MS wall-mount brackets with approved anchors, screws, and waterproof adhesive, complete in all respects as per approved drawing and site conditions.

Study table (4'x2.5x2 Ft.) Providing and supplying wooden study table of size 1200 mm x 750 mm x 600 mm height (approx. 4'-0" x 2'-6" x 2'-0") made of first-class seasoned teak wood (Tectona grandis), free from defects, with rectangular top having raised edge/lip and turned legs as per approved design. Backrest in natural cane weaving and seat upholstered with high-density foam and leatherette/fabric finish, complete. All joints in mortise & tenon/dowel with adhesive, finished smooth with melamine/PU polish in natural teak shade. Pantry Table (150x40 Cm.)
