(a) Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and successful commissioning of L.T main control panel to be installed for providing of electric supply to 10MGD filtration plant Doodhganga from standby 1.6MVA 33kv/440V H.T/L.T transformer installed at lift station Doodhganga totally enclosed vermin proof, cubical type, outdoor type confirming to IP-55 enclosure to work on alternating current three phase neutral 415V supply. The panel shall comprise of prefabricated powder coated cold rolled sheet steel units bolted to form a rigid, free standing structure with main outer body fabricated out of 2mm CRCA sheet where inner portions etc may be made of CRCA sheet of 1.5mm thickness with top roof to be made rain proof with slopes at top to pass down flowing rain/water. The LT panel shall have to be mounted /fitted on separate pedestal type angle iron structure of adequate strength duly painted in Siemens grey. The duly powder quoted control panel for outside installation shall have to be fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5mm frame structure with CRCA sheet 2mm thick covering/enclosure from all sides to form cubical body for installation and fitting of ACB and MCCB inside the panel. The cubical enclosure panel shall have vents in the bottom for entering cables into the panel and necessary air vents on the sides. The bottom frame is to be provided with 4 No of legs for floor mounting in standing position of minimum 1 feet length in ISA 65x65x6mm with 4 No of drilled sole plates of 150x150x6 mm thick to be grouted in CC blocks through foundation bolts. The job includes providing & fitting of aluminium bus bars of required size for incoming and outgoing circuits complete with voltmeter, ampertemeters, phase indication lamps, necessary mounting, fixtures, handlings Hooks etc. the job also includes earthling of the equipment at site as per I.E.E Rules. The units shall be divided into functional individual sub panels as under: (i). Incomer sub panels = 1 No. (ii). Incomer instrumental sub panel=1 No. (iii). Outgoing sub panels = 1 No. (iv). Outgoing instrumental sub- panel= 1 No. Incomer sub- panels: One No. incomer sub panel shall house L&T/ Schneider/ABB make 800 Amp Micro processer based manual draw out type 65KA breaking capacity, four pole ACB (Air circuit breaker) to be used for 3 phase and neutral 415V A.C supply from existing 1.6MVA H.T transformer with electric Grade aluminium conductor of appropriate/suitable size preferably of 630sq mm) for 800Amp with red, blue yellow and orange tapping. Incomer instrumental sub panel-1: The incomer instrumental sub panel shall be provided with Analogue type 0-500 Volt voltmeter (3 No’s) frequency meter (o1 No) and neon type three phase indicators of AE/Reshab/caddle/L&T make complete with wiring in multi strand copper conductor of requisite ratings. Outgoing sub panels(1): Outgoing sub panel (1) shall house L&T/ABB/Schneider make four pole 630 ampere MCCB 50KA breaking capacity, having thermal release range of 500-630 Amps. With electric grade Aluminium buses of suitable size with red, blue, yellow and orange tapping. The input supply of MCCB is to be connected with Al Bus bars of suitable size (preferably 50mm x 10mm) from output of ACB and are to be connected through spreader terminals with nuts and bolts of superior quality along with Al Bus bars of suitable size ( preferably 50mm x 10mm) for output supply. Outgoing instrumental Sub-pannel-1 No a. The outgoing instrumental sub panel shall be provided with Analogue type 0 to 400 A Ammeter, (3 no’s) Neon type phase indicators of AE/Reshab/caddle/L&T make complete with CT’s of required rating/ration, wiring in multi strand copper conductor of requisite ratings. The job includes al carriages loading, unloading and using of skilled labour, tools and tackles required at site to test the panel on full load at site. b. Providing , fitting and laying of single core armored 630sqmm aluminum cable in three lengths for three phases of Havells/polycab/Gloster/equivalent make(having 6metes length of each cable) to be laid from existing 1.6MVA HT transformer to this L.T outdoor type panel board complete with 630 sq mm Al long barrel tube terminals/thimbles. c. Providing, fitting and laying of single core armored 400 sq mm aluminum cable in single length for neutral of Havells/polycab/Gloster/equivalent make, (having overall length of 6meters) to be laid from existing 1.6MVA HT transformer to this L.T outdoor type panel board complete with 400 sq mm along barrel tube terminals/ thimblells.
