Providing Repairs to transformer and replacement of burnt out Alluminium winding coils and oil of 250 KVA distribution transformer of Institute of Genetics, O.U. Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of top cover plate of transformer having following capacity. - Upto 315 KVA

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of H. T bushings for the following Transformer capacity. -Upto 315 KVA

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of L.T bushing for the following transformer capacity. Upto 315 KVA

Replacing H.T bushing for distribution Transformer by new one of Upto 250 KVA.

Replacing L.T bushing for distribution Transformer by new one for Upto 315 KVA. [SSR:2024-25, Sl.No:1637]

Replacing L.T bushing metal parts for distribution Transformer by new one for Upto 250 KVA.

Painting with 2 coats Zinchromate red oxide duly scraping existing paint followed by 2 coats of hammerton grey paint etc., complete. - Upto 500 KVA.

Replacement the H.T. / L.T. burntout aluminium winding coils of distribution transformer including rewinding, varnishing and vaccuming etc.,duly retaining the removed burnt winding coils by the Contractor / Firm. [SSR:2024-25, Sl.No:1632]

Drying the repaired transformer with appropriate heat / air of following capacity of transformers. - Upto 315 kVA.

Refixing the transformer after repair of following capacity including connections etc., complete. - Upto 315 kVA.

Filling of new transformer oil tested as per IS-335 - 1972 (per Ltr).

Filteration of transformer oil as per ISS specificationsfilters to die electric strength above 40 KV at workshop.

Assembling the transformer, testing and commissioning of transformer at site of OU.

Engaging the suitable Crane to Lift the Transformer from vehicle including all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Breather.

Supply and fixing of 5-tap off-load tap switch assembly including all labour charges etc., complete.

Deduct the cost of old transformer oil
