Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

M & L Pre cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone agrregate as in solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50 kg/sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part I) 2005 and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L Precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 40 mm thick 1:3:6 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, type C0, set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed & including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M & L formwork to sides and soffitsof floor or roof beams, beem haunching, girders, bressumers, lintels, shelves including supports etc, fair finsihed flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars of 5mm and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete wall surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L Preperation of new plastered wall surface and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling and well ramming of soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L broken stone or boulders for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 100mm thick sub baseto the floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in 75mm thick floor finished even & smooth without using extra cemnet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preperation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces or road pavement or hardstanding and the like not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of road marking paint white or golden yellow over a coat of self primer including painting lines, dashes,arrows etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming with earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work for roof trusses (framed), trusses, rafters, purlins, post,crane gantries, rails & fastening and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel, flat section & M S tubes) including distance pieces & cleats of Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preperation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall and to match the profile fixed with self tapping screws and cut to circular shape as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F mild steel framed work such as grills, grating, gates etc with ends of bars shouldered oand/or rivated or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work of Fe 290 (Gde E-165) including pintel hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Stainless steel (Grade 304) hollow tubes with closed tops, channels plates etc including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature(where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel hooks complete, including fixing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, hook etc, of required size on the top of floor or embedded in concrete with suitable arrangements complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length complete all as specified & directed.
