2. The block of the system should be made of Silver, and wells of the block should be coated with Gold to provide excellent Ramp Rate and Thermal uniformity during the run
3. System should provide High Ramp Rate with Heating Rate of 8°C/s and above and Cooling Rate 6°C/s and above minimum.
4. Temperature Uniformity :- ±0.15°C at 55°C, ±0.25°C at 72°C and ±0.50°C at 95°C
5. Thermal Performance of the System:- Range 3 – 99°C; control accuracy ±0.1°C
6. Number of Samples Per Run:- 1 x 96-well microplate with optical film; 12 x 8-well strips 0.2 ml with optical lids; 96 x 0.2 ml individual vessels with optical lids
7. System should be open to use Plasticware and Chemistries from different vendors
8. Sensitivity of Detection:- 1 nmol/l FAM at 30 µl sample volume in a 96-well PCR plate
9. Sample volume to be used on the System:- 5 – 100 µl per well
10. The system should be enabled shorter cycling times down to less than 30 minutes for 40 cycles for fast cycling chemistries.
11. System should provide Gradient feature with two different modes standard and linear with step options.
12. Detection time of the System:- Should be enabled with fast plate reading 96-well plate (single measurement, 5 colors) approximately 6 sec regardless of the number of filters.
13. Detection Technology:- Detection module should be PMT Tubes, with multiplex detection ability up to 5 Target without need of ROX dye as passive reference.
14. System should have 5 or more excitation and emission technology in a single well.
15. The system / software should allow users to select individual channels based on the experimental requirement.
16. Detection module should use 8 optical fibers fixed on shuttle system to scan fluorescence of samples from each row on the block during the run.
17. System should support following Real time PCR Applications:- Endpoint, Relative Quantification, Absolute Quantification, Melt curve Analysis and Target Detection.
18. The system should provide unlimited number of user licenses which should be available from website. Supportive documents are required.
19. The System should follow MIQE Guidelines, Analysis report should be available as per MIQE Guidelines.
20. The software of the system should provide access options for the end user to run the system as User, Supervisor and Administrator.
21. Should be supplied with suitable Plastic wares, Kits and Reagents for running the system.
22. Additional laptop should be provided for analyzing the data.
23. Maintenance:- System should not require calibration for Detection module, Minimal calibrations should be required as a part of Maintenance.
24. Warranty:- Standard three years from the date of installation
