(i) The item is reserved to procure only from the approved firm's M/s Knorr Bremse India Pvt. Ltd, Palwal, M/s Medha Railway Equipments Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad and M/s Prag Rubber Industries, Pvt. Ltd, Lucknow only. (Note : Please also refer the other conditions related with implementation and applicability of eligibility criteria that are mentioned in Para 1.2 of general conditions of tender in section-II of NWR tender condition (SBD). . (ii) Please submit credential of past performance for tendered or similar item (successfully supply) along with their offer for consideration their offer. (iii) For Specific make/brand and part number if required then tender specific OEM authorization is required. Tenderers/ Bidders are required to submit tender specific O E M authorization from OEM along with offer, failing which offer will be passed over.
