Construction of Spillway of Upper Lanth Irrigation Project, Belpada

Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area including men, T&P used for the work with cess & other taxes etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineerin-charge within an initial lead of 01km from the place of excavation complete.

Excavation, loading and carriage by mechanical means in D.I. rock, laterite and soft rock not requiring blasting interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 01km from the place of excavation complete..

Excavation, loading & carriage by mechanical means in medium hard rock (can not be scapped or peeled with knife,hanheld specimen can be broken with single moderate blow with pick, crushing strength between 100 to 250 kg/sqcm) requiring control blasting in canal, foundation of structures and other deep cutting sections in dry, wet or submerged conditions by mechanical drilling and appropriate blasting & disposal of excavated materials with 1Km lead, loading into and transportation by transport vehicle and depositing the excavated materials neatly in approved spcified dump yard within1Km lead & dressing to pro section as direction by the Engineer in-charge and trimming of bed and slope to the design finished section manually, if necessary, including all cost of drilling conveyance and storage of explosive, fuse coil, detonators, all accessories, machine charges etc.complete as specification and direction of the Engineerin-charge

Excavation of hard rock of all toughness by mechanical drilling & appropriate blasting & secondary blasting with all lifts and delifts, loading into and transportation by transport vehicle within 01 Kms of initial lead and depositing the exvated materials neatly in specific dump yard stacking the useful materials in regular stacks and disposal of debries if any including dressing and levellling the dumped materials including dewatering and trimming of bed and slope to designed finished section by manual/mechanical means making necessary diversion arrangement to divert non monsoon flow of the river including moblisation and demobilisation of men, materials and mechinary including carriage,cess & all other taxes etc.complete.as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of bed of foundation by wedging and barring in hard rock including removal of loose rock complete and disposal of muck by mechanical means within initial lead & lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of foundation bed in hard rock requiring chieselling, hammering and tampering; wire brushing and air & water jetting etc including hire charges of all equipments and T & P etc. complete for dams, barrages and power house etc. over rock foundation as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing 25 mm. dia anchor bars in foundation rock including drilling 35 mm. dia holes, fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of M.S. rods for dams,barrages and power house structures including pull testing of 30% of anchors.(Depth of hole only to be measured for payment purpose).

Temperature controlled Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 80mm and down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant including cost of all materlals, machineries and labour with a lead of 1 km for materials upto mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within Initial lead of 1 km by mechanical means and laying in dams, barrages, power house and pen stock with all lifts/delifts from bottom foundation level upto 1.5m height above ground level including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Cement concrete M20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 80mm and down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant including cost of all materlals, machineries and labour with a lead of 1 km for materials upto mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within Initial lead of 1 km by mechanical means and laying in dams, barrages, power house and pen stock with all lifts/delifts from bottom foundation level upto 1.5m height above ground level including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.
