SITC of wall Mounting distribution Panel made up of 16G CRCA sheet, complying with latest IE rules, panel shall be powder coated with approved colour, sign writing including Supplying & Fixing with following switchgears, bus bar and cable links for the incoming & Outgoing, body earthing strip etc as reqd. (a) 1 set 4strip 300 Amp Alu Busbar with insulated supports (b) 1No.250A, 4pole, 25KA MCCB with 180-200A thermal release range (Make: L&T DU250C, Cat No.CM9064OONO or superior make) with extended rotary handle and spreader terminals (c) 5No 100A, 4pole, 30KA breaking MCCB with 50-63A thermal release range. (Make: L&T DU100H Cat No.CM97933OOH2 or superior make) with extended rotary handle and spreader terminals (d) 1No Multi-Function Meter to read voltage, current, power, power factor & kwh/kvah (Make :- L & T, Model:- MFM 4405 LED meter Cl-1) e] 4No - 100/5 amps ratio metering ring type current transformers suitable for Multi-function meter ( Make:- Trinity/Kalpa) etc.(f) 1 set RYB LED indicating lamps 22.50mm with 6A toggle switches & 3No 6A SP MCB for control circuit.

Laying of 4 core 16sqmm aluminium conductor armoured UG cable for input supply to HPAC control panel in on existing cable tray/surface of wall including clamping etc as reqd

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 core 16sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 6SWG GI wire on surface on tray for connections etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. a) Group C

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/PVC casing & capping as required a) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. (a) 20 mm

Supply and Fixing of 24W LED batten on surface of wall/ceiling suitable for 230 volts, 50Hz AC supply i/c dismantling the old fittings & handing over to Sub division office etc complete as reqd. (M/s.Havell's/Compton or SS Make)

Supplying & Laying of 2 core 1.5sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Multicore Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable for Voltage Grade 1100 Volt on surface of wall/cable tray etc complete as reqd.

Shifting and transportation of 4core16sqmm alu conductor UG cable from NTB to WMS Compound of length aprox40mtr including arranging vehicle, loading and unloading etc as reqd.

Providing and display of size approx. 4ftx3ft 12mm thick name plate with Sign writing of package AC plant with all-round alu beading, hanging hook, acrylic sheet white back ground blue letter etc as required

Arranging heat load for Acceptance testing of PAC plant including strip heaters with insulator supports, extending of temporary wiring from panel board to equipment room along with 15A switch and socket, necessary manpower etc as required

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.(a) Thickness 0.60 mm sheet/24G GI sheet

(b) Thickness 0.80 mm sheet/22G GI sheet

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages and flanges etc, as per specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI fire damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages and flanges etc, as per specifications.

Supplying & fixing of heavy duty double layer canvas of 150mm height with flanged to existing duct with heavy duty zip etc complete as reqd.

Cutting the single brick wall above the door with suitable tools and plants without disturbing the working systems of DTC for making opening of size 3meter x 1.2 meter including finishing the dismantled area with cement plaster etc for taking main branch duct of HPAC and return air path including clearing all the dismantled materials from DTC and disposing etc complete as reqd..

Disconnecting the main duct from old PAC room for feeding the new HPAC units cooled air to the DTC room etc complete as reqd.
