Preparing old steel surfaces of any description over n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section in framed work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified. Note : - Kota stone shall be of size 550mm x 550mm (minimum) when brought at site.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc, laid over & including 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite slab of approved shade (any colour), as in cooking platform,shelves etc, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including necessary cuttings to fit in the shapes of shelves , grinding and polishing including required cutting to suit the size of of platforms,making outer edges round including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
