Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying & testing 100 mm dia ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for push-on - joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay M S Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 100 mm of thickness 5.4mm duly painted by two coats of synthetic enamel of desired tint over a coat of red primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for bourdon dia type pressure gauge 100mm dia, suitable for range 0-14 Kg rating liquid filled with brass isolation valve and pipe , fixed in repair, if required making another hole of suitable size and making good to old hole , complete all as specified and directed. Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade corss-sectional area 25 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed . (Note: Earth work including excavation etc to be measured and paid under relavent items of this schedule)

Material and labour for for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable including spreading, leveling, punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

M & L for sub class ‘B’ old size, well burnt brick, laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Star delta Starter fully automatic suitable for submersible motor fixed on metal sheet of capacity 20 HP or higher capacity suitable for pump set fixed against BOQ item No 10 above include suitable size wire in PVC conduite, 415 V AC complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for boring of holes at a depth up to 1.5 mtr below under Road/ pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including and providing HDPE pipe nominal OD 150MM, PE-80, PN-6, ISI Marked, all as per IS :4984/2016 including fittings complete all as specified and directed . make; APL /Appollo / NDSIL/Supreme or equivalent. Note: Rates include earth work, restoration of road hard crust/side bam (repairing charges payable to PWD if any) including permission for laying of pipe line along/across road etc complete all as directed and speicifed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 100 cm x 100 cm x 90 cm (internal dimensions), using old size sub class 'B' brick, built in CM 1:6 and 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 both internally and externally with 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 in benching complete with and including 2 mm thick mild steel sheet cover (mounted on angle iron frame of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping), fitted with proper locking arrangement, hinges and handle of suitable size and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all steel surfaces, including necessary earth work ( in soft/loose soil), returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing DI Fittings for Spigot socketed pipes / flanged pipes as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting the existing CI/DI water mains for addn/altrn or for taking branch connections/insertion of new Tees, branches of the 150 mm bore sizecomplete all as specified and directed
