| 1. Disconnection of LT Bus tubes. 2. Disconnection of HT cables. 3. Draining out oil 4. Disconnecting of conservator 5. Checking and attention to the condition of insulation(including replacement if required) 12. Cleaning and attention of Transformer tank 13. Replacement of all the gaskets and transformer riser insulation sheets 14. Restoration of Top Cover of Transformer 15. Restoration of diverter switch and synchronization of diverter switches 16. Restoration of tap changer connection 17. Restoration of the roof slabs& transformer bus tube 18. Restoration of conservator 19. Filling of Oil and filtration 20. Vacuuming the transformer winding in the tank for removal of moisture and improving the insulation resistance 21. Restoration of HT cables 22. Restoration of LT Bus tubes 23. Idle charging 24. Trial arcing 25. Arresting of Oil/Water Leakage, if any 26. Carrying of tests below after restoration of works mentioned a. Oil leakage testing. b. Oil sample testing for DGA and Furan from NABL accredited lab or CPRI. c. Winding Resistance d. Voltage Ratio / Turns Ratio Test e. Magnetic Balance Test f. Magnetizing Current g. Insulation Resistance and Oil BDV Test. 27. Any other contingency works connected with the above 28(A). The Contractor shall arrange all consumables and minor materials required for servicing of the Arc Furnace Transformer, including but not limited to gaskets, O-rings, sealing kits, silica gel, insulating tapes, cleaning solvents, cotton waste, grease, anti-rust compounds, nuts, bolts, washers, cable lugs, ferrules, heat-shrink sleeves, touch-up paint, and other miscellaneous consumables. 28(B). Any defective items/components noticed during servicing, such as gaskets, seals, breather parts, valve glands, pressure gauge accessories, terminal hardware, Epoxy Plates for Risers, marshalling box accessories, cooling system fittings, OLTC contact consumables (where applicable), and other minor replaceable materials required to complete the work satisfactorily, excluding Transformer Oil, shall be supplied and replaced by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Purchaser. 29. All the necessary test certificate and transformer fitness certificate to be provided 30. Firm must give warranty for at least 12 months after successfully reconditioning of transformer and starting of furnace. | — | — | — | 29,50,000 |
