Maintenance and operation of Central Air Conditioning Plant of Capacity 2 X 75 TR (1 X 75 TR as stand by) for Base Hospital to facillitate conditioned and cooled air, by employing one experianced and technically skilled operator(FGM) and one helper(un-skilled) in each shift of eight hours for operation of all types of related switches, valves with all control divices within the AC Plant control room and various AHU rooms including cooling tower complete all as directed. The operation of AC plant is on round the clock basis including cleaning of control room, AHUs, Machineries with control devices and surrounding area. The Central Air Conditioning Plant consisting of the following :- (a) Screw Compressor of Capacity 75 TR - 03 Nos (01 No as standby) (b) Centrifugal type Chilled cooling water pumps - 03 Nos. (c) Centrifugal type Condenser cooling water pumps - 03 Nos. (d) Modular AHU - 06 Nos. (e) Cooling Tower - 01 No.

Maintenance and operation of No. 2 Fd Vet Lab Open well pump house installation including Sundays and holidays for operation of Centrifugal pump set to supply water to FMSD & No. 2 Fd Vet Lab area by employing one experienced pump attendant(FGM)in each shift including proper operation of connected Valves, maintaining equipment in perfect conditions, maintaining proper timing of distribution of water supply, cleaning of installation and surrounding areas complete all as directed. The Open well pump house consisting the followings :- (a) Centrifugal pump set of capacity 3 HP --01 No. (b) Chlorine dozing pump set --01 No. (c) LT panels including building and internal wiring.

Maintenance and operation of Mechanical Laundry Plant including 60 KVA stand by DG Set of Base Hospital (excluding Sundays & holidays) by employing one experienced and technically skilled persons (FGM) and one helper (un-skilled) in each shift of eight hours including operation of all types of related Machinaries, Switches within the Laundry Plant all as directed. The operation of Mechenical Laundry Plant including cleaning of all Machenaries, Mechanical / Electrical equipments, Stand by DG Set, Batteries, Diesel tank and Surrounding area complete as directed. The Mechanical Laundry Plant consists of the followings :- (a) Washing Machines of Capacity 50 Kgs = 07 Nos. (b) Hydro-Extractor of Capacity 50 Kgs = 02 Nos. (c) Fully automatic vertical type instant package type oil fired steam Boiler of steam generating capacity 600 Kgs/Hr=02 Nos. (d) Flat Bed Press = 04 Nos. (e) Drying Tumbler = 01 No. (f) Calendering Machine = 01 No. (g) Water treatment Plant = 02 Nos. (h) Stand by DG Set of Capacity 60 KVA = 01 No. (j) LT Panels of all Machinaries including internal wiring of building. (k) LT Panels and DG Set panels including internal wiring of building.

Maintenance and operation of DG Set of Capacity 63 KVA as stand by power supply to Cold Storage Plant of FMSD Medical Store Basistha including Sundays and holidays by employing one experienced and technically skilled persons(FGM)in each shift of eight hours including operation of all types of related switches within the DG Set room and including maintenance & cleaning of Gen Set, Batteries, diesel tank and DG Set room and surrounding area complete all as directed. The DG set shall be operated (run) on failure of power supply.

Maintenance and operation of BH Personal Line Open well pump house installation and filteration plant including Sundays and holidays for operation of Centrifugal pump set to filling 04 Nos PVC OH water tanks of Capacity 10000 Ltrs and proper distribution of wter supply to personal line area and Laundry plant of BH by employing experienced pump attendant FGM (Skilled) including proper operation of connected Valves, maintaing equipment in perfect conditions, maintaing proper timing of distribution of water supply, cleaning of installation and surrounding areas complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The Open well pump house consisting the following :- (a) Centrifugal pump set of capacity 10 HP - 01 No (b) Centrifugal pump set of capacity 3 HP - 01 No (c) Chlorine dozing pump set - 01 No (d) PVC OH water tanks of Capacity 10000 Ltrs - 02 Nos. (e) LT panels including building and internal wiring.
