Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection and external 10KV surge protection inside luminaire housing for trouble free service life all as per Cat No.SLE UL 60W IP66 LXN G1 of M/s Surya Pvt Ltd or make as specified in PS . THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K and Brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 2 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, street light bracket, fabricated out of 40mm bore GI tubing light grade, 1.5m length bend to the shape, mounting with MS clamp of flat iron size 40 x 5mm of suitable length 2 pairs including nut and bolts etc suitable size duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead strip 25 x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cover slab (Reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15cm centre to centre bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia), provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers of 15cm (compacted thickness), 40mm bore galvanised steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and indicated on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion. Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Material and labour for, sub class 'B' brick, well burnt, old size, flat, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, 25-30 KW, 3 Phase nature switch (Using infrared sensor technology) based automatic street light timer switch for automatic switching on/ off street light based on lux level of nature light (required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching off ≥ 10 lux). The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max 12 hrs, consisting of sensor, overload protection fusegear, 3 Nos contactor, 3 Nos INCOMING MCBs & 3 Nos outgoing MCBs of 63 Amps per phase each and circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 Sqmm terminal blocks for cable entry and control unit enclosed in pole/ wall mounted enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure (with hinged lid) conforming to IP66 protection fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25mm x 3mm thickness, bolts and nuts as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.
