Repair and Renovation work of Vivekanand PG Hostel at RCA, MPUAT

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :-Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. (ii)Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. (iii)Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. (iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. (v)Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. (vi)Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Labour charges for repair to door / window without using any material such as applying randha (finishing) tightening of bolts & screw etc.

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in :Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Add extra for Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in Square or Rectangular pillars

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 25 mm thick

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

Supply, Fabricating & installing following sizes of perforated Hot dipped Galvanized iron cable tray ( Galvanized thickness not less then 50 microns) with perforation not more then 17.5% in convenient section including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers tees,cross members and other accessories as required and duly suspended from the ceiling with GI suspenders including GI bolts & nuts , fastners, supports etc. as required.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
