M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered incl removing cornices, pilasters by brooming down to remove all dust, dirt and all loose scales and other foreign matter and smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt, oil & grease spots by steel wire brushes or steel scrapers, etc and applying one coat of white wash to walls to obtain uniform surface including making good the surface all as specified.

All as per item No. 1 above but on ceilings.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with integral water proofing compound (IWPC Measured and paid seperately) on wall complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (liquid admixture) as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Makes : pidilite Industries/ Impermo/Snowcem India Ltd/Sika)

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:6 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick in CM 1:3 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceilings as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for three coats of white wash as in ceilings on newly plastered surfaces including preperation as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 20 above but on walls.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces and priming plastered surfaces with alkaliresistant primer paint and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for joint free Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 29 above but as in skirtings.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade using coloured tiles complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 31 above but as in skirtings.

M&L Vitrified light shade tiles 10mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade using coloured tiles complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 33 above but as in skirtings.

M&L joint free Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour tiles complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for joint free Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 110 PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling water tanks any type of capacity Exc 250 but n.exc 500 liters and removing to store complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets with synthetic enamel paints all as specified.
