Taking down the existing electric meter of Single Phase/ Three phase any capacity and make after disconnecting electrically and S&F new electric meter box (Polycarbonate body suitable for installation of 4 x electric meter in one box or as recommended by Engr-in-charge) suitable for 3 phase/single phase electric meter including refixing of electric meter in new meter box after servicing & removing of old u/s meter box and made good the discturbed surfaces ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified including excavation and connected earth work, in soft/loose soil, removing soil upto 50m, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 15mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT Bars @ 10cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 12mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out LT UG Cable any size in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles/ walls, XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core for laying in trenches and poles /walls complete all as specified and directed.

As per item hereinabove but for size 35 sqmm 3.5 core. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing DWC Pipe heavy duty minimum 32/40 mm dia of required length for protection of cables complete including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing GI Pipe light grade 50 mm dia, ISI marked, of required length for protection of cables complete including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying cables/ pipes/ erection of poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of bituminous road/floor for laying of pipe/cables not exceeding 30 cm wide and not exceeding 60 cm deep including refilling/ with material and watering well ramming/compacting and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Fabricate, install, connect, test and commission Outdoor type dust & Vermin proof LT electrical panel board, 1100 volts, 50 Hz AC supply, fully compartmentalised for cable chamber and busbar 300 Amps 4 Nos including MCCB 4P 160 Amps as incommer, chambers with adequate space made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing like all over body, front and back cover with hinges and aldrops with DC locks CRCA poweder coated and 2.0 mm thick MS Sheet for non load bearing and portions, complete with one coat of powder coating including suitable angle iron/ flat iron frame work/ supports bottom 50x50x6 mm MS channel as base and chamber for metering equipment complete suitable for mounting following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated and connection wirings with FRLS copper conductor complete mounted on PCC pillars foundation, arrangements for bus bar trunking system, cable connection using new lugs complete with danger notice all as specified (ii) Getting of approval for Panel board drawing from Engr-in-Charge is necessary before fabrication. (iii) All swith gears should be fixed with 06 mm thick Fibre sheet Make: Any CPRI approved complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with with 600 mm x 60 mm x 6.15 mm thick, galvanized steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level),with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level connected to and including G.I strip of size 25mm x 4 mm by means of bolts/nuts/check nuts and washers of galvanized steel, GI Strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe starting from top edge of the earth plate laid in ground/floors fixed on wall. GI strip to be connected with LT Panel with provision of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate 15 cm layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/strata, provision of concrete earth pit using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 including RCC cover using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 20 mm dia GI light grade with wire mesh and tunel for watering arrangement, complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I includig testing after completion of earth complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing / laying of GI pipe medium grade 50 mm dia including all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer, tee reducer etc laid or fixing/clamping on floor /surface / air/ wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing / laying of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm dia including all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer, tee reducer etc laid or fixing/clamping on floor /surface/air/wall, complete all as specified and directed.(Branch Connection from 50 mm GI to Prop Building OHT)

S & F Gun metal globe/ gate valve 50 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Union or long screw have to provided before fixing of gate valve if required.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm internal dimensions, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work 230 mm thick, brick work in CM (1:6), PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed
