Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down DB, main switch, sheet metal enclosure etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down submain wiring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked, drawn through and including medium grade PVC conduit of size not less than 25mm dia, ISI marked with all accessories, concealed in wall/ ceiling, pressed steel terminal boxes firmly fixed with pipe /wall including concealed GI sheet metal box (rust protected), suitable modular frame with cover fixed with chromium plated brass screws for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc., and including providing 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor in green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for the following complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cutting chasis in wall/ floor/ ceiling and making good disturbed surface with PCC work and paint etc.

Note: Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length.

Note: Four runs of 10 Sqmm cable, one run of 10 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length..

S & F LED building light fitting, 45 watts for 230 V 50 Hz AC supply, with electronic driver and all accessories internally prewired, and connecting with existing feeder/ junction box/ ceiling rose including provn of 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper multistranded conductor cable through and suitable fixing arrangement to fix on the wall metal/aluminium body with bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down split AC indoor unit including pumping down and locking refrigerant, disconnecting voltage stabilizer and all electrical & refrigerant connections, keeping in safe custody without damaging indoor unit body and refixing in same location after completion of entire electrical work including reconnecting all connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to 4mm dia GI earth wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel including neccessary earthwork and excavation in any strata, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip and GI wire, chamber cover etc all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connections with earth testing point and taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note: On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing shall be redone at no extra cost.
