S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite ) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk /wheat husk )and toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms ) having miniumum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800N (face) & 900N (Edge ), miniumum compressive strength 50N/mm2,modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resisitance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof ,water/moisture proof and fire retardant .WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S S screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel butt hinges of size 100mm medium weight, cold fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 200mm long with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators and partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium windows hunged or sliding shutters and fixed partition, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, tower bolts 02 Nos, handles 02 Nos in each hunged or in sliding shutter, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. including provision for cooler/AC opening wherever neccesary, complete all as specified. Note : (i) Glass panes and wire cloth shall be measured & paid separately . (ii) Rubber beading will not be weighed and not to be paid seperately.
