(a) Lump sump amount worked out by the contractor for Design, development of structural drawings as per the architectural drawing Nos CWE/ARCH/38/2026 Sheet No. 1/2, CWE/ARCH/38/2026 Sheet No. 2/2 and Construction of Guard Room with Toilet facility as per architectural drawings, structural drawing, TD drawings, schedule of finishes & given specifications built in permanent specification with RCC frames construction including ATT, WPT mosquito proofing, etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The structural design and drawing shall be got vetted from any IITs/NITs before execution of work by the contractor.
