M&L for complete removal of existing decorative treatment of any description on walls, roof projections, facias, cornices etc by scraping with mechanical sander having mechnical vaccum mechanism with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour and applying a layer of wall care putty min 1 mm thick (exterior/interior as required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistanceas per IS-15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon adhesives @ 1.43 Ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Ltr/10 Sqm, primer and emulsion paint to be applied through airless spray machine (Mechanical means) complete all as specified and directed. M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on prepared surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, oil bound distemper to be applied by authorised applicator of the manufacturer through airless spray machine (Mechanical means) complete all as specified and directed. Note:Preparation of surfaces included in Srl item No. 1.00 above

M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on prepared surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, primer and plastic emulsion paint to be applied by authorised applicator of the manufacturer through airless spray machine (Mechanical means) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Preparation of surfaces included in Srl item No. 1.00 above

M&L for preparion of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices, pillars etc and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Tint / shade shall be decided and approved by AGE

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pillars etc and applying one coat of acrylic exterior grade oil base emulsion paint (anti-fungal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparion of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices, pillars etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, plaster and other wall features by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil / greasy spots, removing all loose scale and other foreign matters and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. Note: Tint / shade shall be decided and approved by AGE

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, plaster and other wall features by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil / greasy spots, removing all loose scale and other foreign matters and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 9.00 but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling.
