Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below & above Ground level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons and paving laid dry or laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , mass concrete and in subbase to hard standing / floors all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, depo-sited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushioning complete (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushioning complete (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately).

Colour and pattern shall be approved by GE. (Cement Mortar screed bed shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L rough finished Precast plain cement concrete prepolished coloured chequered paver tiles 300 x 300 x 12 mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed.) Colour and pattern shall be approved by GE. (Cement Mortar screed bed shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

S&F mild steel work as in posts or struts angles ,truss, flats of fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc confirming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165.

Supplying & fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings,gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in plates (plain or chequered) for drain/manhole cover square cut or notched forming holes conforming to Fe 290 E 165 complete.

Dismantling old chain link fencing of any size or mesh.

S&F GI chain link fencing 3.80 mm dia, made of mild steel GI mesh100 X100 mm ,straining bolts etc with flat iron, binding and jointing complete incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc confirming to Fe 410. NOTE:- FI shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L Preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( Ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Dismantiling of Asbestos cement (Corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.)sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in position Pre painted galvalume sheet aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as in roof covering/claddig to wall/chajjas fixed with self tapping screws, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa yield strength and zinc (galvanised) + Aluminium combined coating of 150 GSM/PM2(AZ-150) of 50mm TCT having top colour coat of regular modified polyester/silicon modified polyester/HDEP polyester of 18 to 20 micron and back coat of 5 to 7 micron Epoxy primer fixes. RMR 1040 profile width 1125mm Note : The sheet shall be fixed to MS angle with J hook with incl. wind ties etc & wind ties shall be measured seperately all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

M & L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping etc concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without extra cement.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC slabs 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) such as manhole cover and similar articles with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM 1:4 all as directed

M&L for preparation of road or pcc surface and applying thermo plastic road marking paint incl all ingredients such as binder glass beads of white/yellow colour strips minimum 1.5 to 2 mm thick with applicator machine and heated mixer with stirring mechanism at temprature 160 degree C, laid uniformly with width as directed, paint confirming to BS-3362 Part I and II of 1989 etc, complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing demolished/excavated materials exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 5 Km outside MD land and depositing where directed.
