Drilling of Bore hole (Telescopically) by mechanical Precussion Rig below the ground level pipe in any kind of soil strata (Boulder, Conglomerate, Rocks etc.), disposal of surplus soil within 100m, keeping space for pea gravel packing and including lowering and extraction of casing pipes of suitable thickness as per IS 4270-2001 after lowering of designed assembly of ERW pipes complete in all respects as specified and directed. (a) 600 mm (24 inches) Bore hole:- From GL to 20 Mtr BGL From 20 m BGL to 40 m BGL From 40 m BGL to 50 m BGL

(b) 450 mm(18 inches) Bore Hole:- From 50m BGL to 70 m BGL From 70m BGL to 90 m BGL

(c) 380 mm( 15/12 inches) Bore hole:- From 90m BGL to 120m BGL From 120m BGL to 130m BGL

Supply, assembling, fixing & lowering of the liner tube well assembly or strainer in position Mild Steel ERW screwed and socketed housing pipes 300mm (12 inches) nominal bore having minimum 6 mm wall thickness confirming to IS: 4270-2001 & all around welded with 4 Nos: stiffeners of flat iron 40x6 mm, 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling, fixing & lowering of the liner tube well assembly or strainer in position Mild Steel ERW screwed and socketed housing pipes 200 mm (8 inches) nominal bore minimum 6mm thick confirming to IS : 4270-2001 & all around welded with 4 Nos: stiffeners of flat iron 40x6 mm, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling, fixing & lowering of the liner tube well assembly or strainer in position Mild Steel ERW screwed and socketed housing pipes 200mm (8 inches) nominal bore minimum 6 mm wall thickness confirming to IS: 4270-2001 having slot size 1.6mm x 75mm & all around welded with 4 Nos: stiffeners of flat iron 40x6 mm, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sleeve joint of size 12"X 8" all as specified and directed.

M & L for housing pipe Clamp made of MS flat 100 mm x 12 mm for 12 inch bore pipe with suitable nut bolts & washers all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pea Gravel of size 2mm to 6 mm around the liner assembly from bottom to ground level including continuous watering during development complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for of Well cap for 300mm dia bore pipe all as specified and directed.

Development of T/Well by means of pumping by Air Compressor of minimum pressure 10 kg/cm2, until sand free and clean water is obtained at optimum yield at first 24 hours of development complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying wooden strata sample box with glazed shutter and pigeon holes for samples at every interval at 3m complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing of 50 x 6 mm centre guides of required size including welding to casting pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of foundation of T/Well of size 1m x1m having 45 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with GI pipe 80 mm dia medium grade embedded throughout the block of suitable length with GI Plug complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out water test from authorised Govt Lab for physical test, chemical test and test for pesticides etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing column pipe galvanized, “Heavy class”,100mm (4'') dia of length 3 mtr each, both end flange (suitable for bore well) to be welded including suitable size of nut, bolt, washers, rubber gasket and all connected accessories, suitable for submersible borewell complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying submersible cable 16 Sqmm 3 core copper cable as per IS 694 all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation,commissioning and testing of Submersible pumpset of capacity 30 HP, having minimum 95Mtr Head and discharge of 42 Cum/hr ,TP, electric driven 415 V, suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning outdoor type LT modular based cubical panel size not less than 1.5 x 1.2 x 0.40 Mtrs depth shall be factory fabricated as per IEC -61439 Part-I & II, TTA panel powder coated with structural siemens grey RAL 7032 paint front & back openable & lockable by key from both side having louvers & air vent gasket & totally vermin proof made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet duly compartmentalized for incoming & outgoing laminated copper busbar duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves & mounted on DMC/epoxy insulators size not less than 50x50 conical type at a max interval of 500mm). The incoming & outgoing shall have extension link two times the rating of individual feeder. The length of extension should not be less that 200mm long copper strip. All links shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves having provision for termination of incoming & outgoing cable. All control wires shall not be less than 2.5Sqmm, multistranded copper conductor & properly bunched/ tied, ferruled for proper identification & crimpled with adequate size of lugs.

Metering & Misc. Supply, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, GI strip or wire armoured and overall PVC sheathed, heavy duty 1100 volts grade in trenches/on surface of wall/ in GI pipe including dressing and clamping the cable with MS Zinc Passivated clamps and fixing suitable thimbles/lugs including cable glands of suitable size etc of cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level surrounded on all sides by 150 mm thick charcoal & common salt starting from ground below earth plate upto 150mm above GI plate in alternate layers connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI pit all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) as specified including provision of 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for earth strip protection and 20 mm dia for watering complete , all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /LT Panel as specified and testing on completion for desired result complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing cast iron Non Return Valve with flanged ends suitable for 150mm dia pipes with MS nuts, rubber gasket, bolts, washers etc, as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing cast iron sluice valve with flanged ends suitable for 150 mm dia pipes conforming to IS - Class PN-1.6 with MS nuts, bolts, washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide, n.exc 1.5 m deep, for taking out/ laying of DI/CI/GI pipes/Cable and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry clean fine river sand as in sand cushioning to underground cable 23cm thick (8cm before laying & 15cm after laying cable) including punning down of sand layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' old size brick well burnt laid flat for cable protection abutting each other laid dry with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.
